25T50 Digital Pocket Scale

With normal care and proper treatment, it will provide years of reliable service.

  1. Never load the scale with more than the maximal capacity.Overloading will permanently damage it!
  2. Avoiding any exposure to extreme heat or cold, your scale works better when operated at normal room temperature.
  3. Keep your scale in a clean environment. Dust, dirt, moisture, vibration, air currents and a close distance to other electronic equipment can all cause an adverse effect on the reliability and accuracy of your scale.
  4. Handle with care.Gently apply all items to be weighed onto tray top.
  5. Avoid shaking, dropping or otherwise shocking the scale. This is a precision instrument and must be handled with extreme care.
  6. Only operated the scale on a stable, vibration free surface
  7. To achieve accurate results, please always objects within the round range on the platform.

Operation

  1. Press ON/OFF key.
  2. Wait until [0.0] is displayed.
  3. Put the object(s) on the weighing platform.
  4. Using the MODE key,you can switch among the weighing units.

Tare Weighing

  1. Turn on scale and place the “tare item” on the platform.
  2. Press TARE and wail until [0.0] is displayed.
  3. Add the ‘net-weight-item’

Calibration

  1. Turn the scale on by pressing the ON/OFF key.
  2. Wait for the display to show’ 0.00g’’ then press and hold the MODE key until the display shows “CAL”, then release.
  3. Press the MODE key again. The display will flash “CAL” followed by the required calibration weight.
  4. Place the required calibration weight on the center of the platform. The display will show“ PASS”then return to normal weighing mode.
  5. Calibration is completed! Repeat these processes if something is going wrong.

Troubleshooting

The primary reasons for inaccuracy or malfunction are low batteries, incorrect calibration, overload or operating on an unstable surface. Please keep this in mind and maintained and operate your scale properly.The scale is a precise instrument and must be handled with the utmost care and caution.

Counting Function

  1. Place the scale on a leveled surface & power it on.
  2. Wait Sampling: Prepare a sample quantity(25,50,75 or 100pcs) of the item you want to count Put the items on the platform, press and hold the “PCS’ key until the scales shows “25T50”;75,L1 OCT. Press the ’’UNIT”key to switch the above figures to match the quantity of the items on the platform. Press the “PCS” key again and the display will show “pcs” in the lower left hand comer. Sampling is completed.
  3. Put the items you want to count on the platform and the display will show the quantity of these items.

Display Elimination of Errors:

[lol] or [88888]change the battery
[OUT2] Re-calibrate the scale as shown above.
[EEEEE] You are overloading the scale. Remove the excessive load immediately!
[LLLLL] The delicate weighing load cells have been damaged by measuring the scale(i.e.it was shocked, dropped,or overload). You can try re-calibrating the scale, if the load cell has not been damaged too much.It will work again after re-calibration.
[UNST] Use the scale in a more stable position.
