COOKING TIPS
The following factors may affect the cooking result:
Food Arrangement:
Arrange thicker sections towards the dish’s outer edges, thinner parts in the
centre and ensure even spreading; overcooking may lead to smoke and burns.
Cooking Time:
Begin cooking with a brief time setting, assess it after the timer expires,
and extend it based on actual requirements. Overcooking may lead to smoke and
burns.
Cooking Food Evenly:
Food such as meats should be turned once during cooking Depending on the type
of food, if applicable, stir it from the outside to the centre of the dish
once or twice during cooking.
Allow Standing Time:
Allow the food to remain in the oven for a sufficient duration after the
cooking time elapses to complete its cooking cycle and facilitate a gradual
cooling process.
Whether The Food Is Done:
- The colour and firmness of the food aid in determining its oneness; these factors include:
- Steam coming out from all parts of food, not just the edge
- Joints of poultry can be moved easily
- Pork or poultry shows no signs of blood
- Fish is opaque and can be sliced easily with a fork
Browning Dish:
When using a browning dish or a self-heating container, always place a heat-
resistant insulator such as a porcelain plate under it to prevent damage to
the turntable and rotating ring.
Microwave Safe Plastic Film:
If you are using a microwave safe plastic film specifically designed for
microwave use, then ensure that when cooking food with a high fat content – do
not allow the film to come into contact with the food as it may melt, due to
the high temperature of the fat.
Microwave Safe Plastic Cookware:
Certain plastic cookware labelled as microwave-safe may not be suitable for
cooking high-fat or high-sugar content foods. Refrain from using plastic
cookware for extended periods of microwave cooking.
CLEANING & CARE
- Turn off the oven and unplug it from the wall socket before cleaning.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the oven interior by wiping off food splatters or spilled liquids with a damp cloth. If necessary, use a mild detergent for thorough cleaning. Avoid harsh cleaners, sprays, or substances that may stain, streak, or dull the door surface.
- Clean the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth, taking care to prevent water from entering ventilation openings and causing damage to internal operating parts.
- Regularly wipe the door, window on both sides, door seals, and adjacent parts with a damp cloth to remove spills or spatters. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- DO NOT use a steam cleaner to clean the microwave oven.
- Keep the control panel dry; clean it with a soft, damp cloth. When cleaning the control panel, leave the oven door open to prevent accidental activation.
- If steam accumulates inside or around the outside of the oven door, wipe it away with a soft cloth. This may happen during high humidity conditions while operating the microwave oven, and it is considered normal.
- Occasionally, it may be necessary to remove the glass tray for cleaning. Hand wash the tray in warm soapy water or place it in a dishwasher.
- Regularly clean the roller ring and oven floor to prevent excessive noise. Wipe the bottom surface of the oven with mild detergent. The roller ring can be washed in mild soapy water or a dishwasher. When removing the roller ring for cleaning, ensure it is replaced in the correct position.
- Eliminate odours from your oven by microwaving a bowl containing a cup of water with the juice and skin of one lemon for 5 minutes. Remove the bowl and wipe it dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
- If you need to replace the microwave oven light, please consult a professional to have it replaced.
- Ensure regular cleaning of the oven, removing any food deposits. Failure to maintain a clean oven may lead to surface deterioration, negatively impacting the appliance’s lifespan and potentially causing hazardous situations.
- Do not dispose of this appliance with your general waste; take it to a local appliance recycling point.
TROUBLESHOOTING

If the oven fails to operate:
