1. Insert 4 fingers into the corresponding finger holes.
2. Fix the thumb with the thumb strap.
3. Fix 4 fingers with a palm strap.
4. Fix the wrist with the middle wrist strap.
5. Bend the lowest wrist support forcefully to make it more suitable for your arm.
6. Fix the arm with the bottom wrist strap.
7. Fix one end of the separate palm strap on the palm obliquely 45 degrees as shown.
8. Pass between the thumb and the palm, and wrap the palm strap around the palm.
9. Fix another end of the separate palm strap.
10. Bend the palm rest to a comfortable angle.
11. Bend the thumb splint to a comfortable angle.
12. Bend the splint at the wrist to a comfortable angle. Finish.
