Product Overview
Physical button operation
Press briefly
- to go back.
- to wake up the screen when it is off.
Long press
- to turn on the clock.
- for 5 seconds while charging to restore apps (the data will not be deleted).
Power On/Off
Power on
When the clock is turned off, it turns on automatically during the recharge.
Note: Please charge the watch to activate it before first use. For charging must an original power supply must be used.
Long press the button to turn on the clock.
Shutdown
- To turn off the clock: go to

App download and pairing

Downloading apps
Download and install the “Very Fit” app on the App Store, Google
Play or by scanning the QR code below. -
Association
Activate the VeryFit app -> Activate the Bluetooth connection on the
phone -> Search in the app for the device to pair (o scan the QR code on the device) -> End pairing one on the app (or device).
Screen operation
Scroll up/down
- to scroll through the menu.
- to view long text/details.
Scroll left/right
- to scroll through the menu.
Touch the screen
- to access the menu.
- to operate according to the indications.
Touch and hold on screen
- to switch between watch faces of the clock to the other.
Functionality
The ID208 BT model boasts features such as IP68 water resistance, ultra-long battery life, full-screen touch control, the low latency, 60 training modes and different watch faces of the clock on the cloud. It supports frequency monitoring heart rate and stress tracking during the day, tracking oxygen monitoring and sleep monitoring, etc. For the instructions for use and frequently asked questions about these features, turn on the app and access the “User Guide” section.
Care and maintenance
Three tips for use and maintenance:
- Keep the product clean;
- Keep the device dry;
- Do not wear the device too tightly;
- Do not use household cleaners to clean the product.
- Instead, use soap-free cleaners.
- In case of stubborn stains, it is recommended to remove them by rubbing with alcohol.
Waterproof: Not suitable for use when diving, swimming in sea or in the sauna. Suitable for use in swimming pools, showers (cold water) and shallow waters.
Safety instructions
- Do not place the product and its accessories in extreme temperatures, otherwise it may cause dangers such as product taste, fire or explosion.
- Protect the product from strong impacts or shocks, so as not to damage are the same and its accessories, thus avoiding breakdowns.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product yourself e its accessories.

If you experience discomfort or skin irritation when wearing your smart watch, then we recommend you try cleaning your device. Sometimes residue or foreign materials build up around your device and may aggravate your skin. It’s also possible that you are not wearing the watch correctly. We recommend making sure to clean and adjust your watch regularly for a more comfortable fit.
Caution:
If you experience skin irritation when wearing your watch, please refrain from
wearing, and wait two to three days to see if your symptoms ease. If symptoms
persist or worsen, please consult a physician.
If you have eczema, allergies or asthma, you may be more likely to experience
a skin irritation or allergy from a wearable device.

Third-party belt-clips, holsters, and similar accessories used by this device should not contain any metallic components.
