Read these instructions carefully and retain them for future use. If this
product is passed to a third party, then these instructions must be included.
When using the product, basic safety precautions should always be followed to
reduce the risk of injury including the following:

Never touch the blade with bare hands. Wearprotective gloves during use.

This product is intended for cutting stems, vines and branches of plants. Do not use the product aside from its intended use.

Before use, check the blades and preset cutting positions of the product are working properly.

Do not pick up or grasp the product by the blades. Always use the handles when holding the product.

When using the product to cut plants, be alert for any debris that snaps or springs back to avoid any injury.

Do not let children play with this product.

Do not use this product if any parts are missing, damaged or worn.

Do not use the product above shoulder height to avoid potential injury.

Regularly examine the product for wear and tear. Stop using the product at first sign of damage o if parts become detached.

In case of emergency, apply first aid on wound or cuts.

Cutting performance/tips -
Always cut plants at a 45° angle and away from the bud (Fig. 5, 6). This helps to achieve cleaner cuts, helps the plant heal faster and prevents water build up.

Always cut one part of the plant at a time.

When cutting, position the plant to the deepest part of the blade. itis best to prune flowering plants after flowering season.

Prune trees with heavy sap flow during summer to avoid heavy bleeding
Cleaning
- Clean the product after every use.
- Toremove any sticky substance like plant sap from the blades, use a steel ool to brush the blades.
- 7o clean the handles, wipe the product with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
- Keep the product clean of clippings or any materials from cutting. They may lodge between the blades and the hinge of the product.
Maintenance
- Sharpen the blades of the product regularly using a diamond file. The blades have a beveled edge that needs to be sharpened at an angle of 23″

~ Hold the product at the correct angle.
– Usea circular motion to sharpen the beveled edge of the blade.
~ Make sure to sharpen both sides of the blade evenly.Apply lubricant to the blades, joints and spring mechanism of the product regularly to prevent rusting.
Storage
- Make sure that the safety lock is engaged before storing.
- Storeina cooland dry place away from children and pets, ideally in original packaging.
