 WARNING

  • This unit contains small parts which could be a choking hazard for small children. Children should be under adult supervision at all times or serious injury could occur.
  • Always unload unit and raise adjustable feet prior to moving the unit. The weight of personal belongings can cause the unit to become unstable and either trip or elapse. Serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings may occur.
  • Do not overload unit. If any shelf, top, or bottom of unit bows or bends, it is overloaded. The shelf, top, or bottom could collapse and cause serious bodily injury and/ or damage to personal belongings.
  • Do not climb or step on the unit. The unit may become unstable and either p or elapse. Serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings may occur.
  • Do not mount or attach anything to the sides, rear or front of the unit (unless indicated in instructors) as this an cause the unit to tip. Serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings may occur.
  • Do not stack units. Stacking of units can cause an unsafe p-o er hazard which may cause serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings.
  • Do not hang this unit on the wall. The product structure is not designed for wall hanging. Serious bodily injury, damage to personal belongings, and/ or damage to the wall may occur.
  • All units must be secured individually to wall stud using L-Brackets and Wall Screws provided. Hardware included is for use in wood studs only. If wall stud is not accessible or is made of a different material, consult your local hardware store for appropriate mooning hardware. Failure to do so may create an unsafe piping hard that could lead to serious bodily injury and/or damage to personal belongings.
  • Follow proper safety procedures when using power tools and ladders (when applicable).
  • We recommend protecting our work surface during assembly to prevent scratching or damage to product, table tops, wood floors, etc.
  • Li unit when moving. failure to do so may damage floor or product.

BEFORE BEGINNING

  • Please read all instructions carefully.
  • Familiarize yourself with all parts (see “PARTS”) and check quantities.
  • Follow all safety precautions (see “SAFETY PRECAUTIONS”).

FRAME UNIT ASSEMBLY

Note: Spread the carton board out for a protective surface. Place the assemblies on the protective surface to prevent damage.

Frame Unit Assembly
Use a screwdriver to Cam bolt (A) clockwise into the hole shown in the figure.

Frame Unit Assembly
Install the Bottom panel (4) and Top panel (3) with the Side panel (5) into the Left panel (1 ). Make sure the Dowel – wood (C) fits in the holes of the Left panel (1 ).

Frame Unit Assembly
Install the Right panel (2) with the Top panel (3) and the Bottom panel (4) together the Side panel (5). Ensure the Dowel – wood (C) fits in the holes in the Right panel (2).

Frame Unit Assembly
Insert the Cam lock nut (B) into the hole as shown figure, tighten the Cam lock nut (B) clockwise.

Frame Unit Assembly
Determine the installation location of the device, use the pin finder, locate the pin to which the device will be fixed, mark the pin hole with a pencil, when the device is positioned at desired location, balance the device and drill holes through the side panels.

Frame Unit Assembly
Install the side panel (S) by plastic anchor (G) (If the wall is plaster, if the wall is mortar, this detail can be omitted). Tighten the screw 3.1″ (F) with a drill.

Frame Unit Assembly
Lower each Hanging rod (H) to the Rod holder (D) on the Left panel (1) and Right panel (2).

Frame Unit Assembly
If installing the device in quantity of 2 or more use Screw 1.0″ (E) to link devices together more firmly as shown figure.

Frame Unit Assembly
Use the Cam screw paste button (K) to cover screw positions and increase the aesthetic of the devices.
