USER GUIDE
1. How to Screen Mirroring Your Devices
For iOS devices:
Method A: Wireless Connection with WiFi
① Turn on the projector, go to the Screen Mirroring page, and click the ‘Ok’ button on the remote control or the projector to connect the projector to your WiFi first.
② Go back to the “Screen Mirroring” page.
③ Turn on the WLAN of your iOS device and connect to the same WiFi as the
projector above.
④ Then go to the “Screen Mirroring” of your i0S device and select “Mirroring-
XXXX” to connect.
Method B: Wireless Connection without WiFi
① Turn on the projector, go to the Screen Mirroring page.
② Turn on your iOS device’s WiFi, join the network “Mirroring-XXXX” of the
projector. (pwd is 12345678)
③ Then go to the “Screen Mirroring” of your iOS device and select “Mirroring-
XXXX” of the projector to connect.
For Android devices:
Method A: Wireless Connection with or without WiFi
① Turn on the projector, go to the Screen Mirroring page. The projector does
not need to be connected to a router’s WiFi.
② Turn on your Android device’s WLAN. (it is OK to connect or not to connect
to the WiFi of your Android device).
Screen Mirroring with WiFi: Connects your Android device’s WiFi.
Screen Mirroring with Cellular Data: Disconnects your Android device’s WiFi
③ Go to the “Screen Casting” in your Android device’s setting and select
“Mirroring-XXXX ” to connect.
For MAC OS
Method A: Wireless Connection
Turn on the setting to find “Airplay”, click and search for the name of the
Projector(Mirroring-XXXX). Method B: Wired Connection
For MAC OS with an HDMl port, you can connect it to the projector with an HDMl
cable. Select the HDMl in the Input Source. Then the connection is done.
For MAC OS without an HDMl port, you can use a USB C to HDMl Adapter or USB-C
Hub to connect. Select the HDMl in the input Source. Then the connection is
done.
For Windows 10 or Higher System
Method A: Wireless Connection
① Only Windows 10 or Higher System can be supported.
② Use the shortcut keys “windows+P” to enter the “project” option and select
“Duplicate”, click “Connected to a wireless display” to enter device search.
③ Select Wireless Display Adapter: Mirroring-XXXXXX, click and connect it.
④ The connection will be successful when the projector’s screen display is the
same as the (The connection takes more than 10 seconds.)
Method B: Wired Connection
For Windows Laptop/PC with an HDMl port, you can connect it to the projector
with an HDMl cable. Select the HDMl in the Input Source. Then the connection
is done.
For Windows Laptop/PC without an HDMl port, you can use a USB C to HDMl
Adapter or USB-C Hub to connect. Select the HDMl in the input Source. Then the
connection is done.
2. Why there is no sound when playing Netflix videos?
Due to copyright reasons, some videos or streaming software(e.g. Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc.) themselves do not support Screen Mirroring. This is a common phenomenon in the market.HDMI connections help FUDONI GC355 projector on this issue:
For PC/Laptop with HDMI port, please use the HDMI cable(included) to connect.
For PC/Laptop without HDMI port, please use a USB C to HDMI Adapter(NOT
included) or USB-C Hub(NOT included) to connect.
You can plug a Fire TV Stick, Roku Stick, Apple TV or Google Chromecast into
an HDMI port to play streaming apps well.(Sticks are NOT included)
3. How to zoom the image in and out?
Please notice that the zoom function can only be used when playing videos or
pictures.
First, press the “Setting” button, press the “Right” button to go to the
“PICTURE” page, then select
“Reduce lmage”. Then press the “OK” button, then press “Right” to choose a
zoom ratio from 75-100%.
4. How to clean the projector?
Use a soft, lint-free cloth. Never use liquid, gaseous or easily flammable cleansers to clean. Do not use any liquid cleaning agents to clean the lens to avoid damaging the coating film on the lens. Use lens cleaning paper to clean the lens.
5. Does this projector support a wired connection to a mobile phone?
No, you can use the wireless screen mirroring to connect your phone.
6. How to upside down the picture?
Press “Set” button and go to the “PICTURE” option, select “Projection Direction” and choose the projection you need.
7. How to solve or avoid the problem of black spots on the screen?
① Tear off the nameplate and open the lid.
② Search for the dust. (locate the lens dust via the projection screen’s black
spots.)
③ Insert the cotton swab to remove the dust. (Adjust the “keystone” for easy
wiping)
