Thank you for purchasing the BONDIR Relieve and Recover Pro Percussive Massager. Please read the User Manual carefully before use.
Important Safeguards
Please follow these important safety precautions:
- This product is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age.
- Please consult a doctor prior to use.
- Intended for use on clean, dry skin for muscle relief.
- Not intended for use above the neck or on any other sensitive areas. Intended for soft tissue use only.
- Do not massage over bruises or open wounds. Discontinue use if you are experiencing any abnormal pain or discomfort.
- Do not place any objects into the percussive massager vents.
- Keep the vents free of dust and debris.
- Do not immerse in water or allow water to enter the percussive massager vents.
- Keep product away from fire or excessive heat source.
- Please keep hair away from the shaft and back of the vibrating head to prevent catching hair into the vibrating mechanism.
- After charging is complete, remove device from charger.
- Please follow manual instructions.
- The applicable voltage range of this product is 5V-9V. The recommended input current range is 0.5A-2A. Exceeding or operating below the range can easily damage the product.

Pregnancy, complications of diabetes (such as neuropathy or retinal damage),
wearing a pacemaker, recent surgery, epilepsy, migraine, disc herniation,
advancement of the spine, vertebral detachment, or rigid joints of the spine,
recent joints replacement surgery or IUD, metal needle or steel plate or any
problems related to your health. These contraindications do not mean that you
are not able to use vibration equipment or training equipment, but we
recommend that you consult a doctor before use.

Speed – Level Indicator Light {Top 3 Lights on Left Side): 1-3 Level + speed 4 variable speed Battery Level Indicator {Bottom Light on Left Side): See Charging Page 7 ON/OFF Switch: Hold for 2 seconds to Start/Stop the device, press to adjust the speed level from level 1 to level 3.
Assembly Guide:
Make sure attachments are firmly in place. For the U-shaped attachment, align
the lines to ensure proper insertion.
For the Heated Flat Head attachment, align notch and push firmly to insert. Do
not twist attachment.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
1-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
This product is under warranty for a period of 365 days from the date of
purchase (1 year). In the event of a claim while your product is under
warranty, please register your warranty.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Go to shopsonix.com/pages/warranty
- Click on “Warranty Registration Form”
- Fill out Warranty Registration form and click submit
MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, STORAGE, AND TRANSPORTATION
Use a slightly damp towel to clean device and dry with a soft cloth. For
storage or travel, store the device in supplied portable bag. Store in a cool,
dry place.
If not planning on using for a long period of time, please clean device prior
to storage and remember to charge it every month to maintain battery life.
CHARGING
- Fully charge the battery before initial use
- Plug the included USB-C power cable into the R2 Pro
- Plug the other end into a power source or wall adapter (not included)
- The power indicator on the battery will flash while the device is charging
- Light indications:
Blue Light – 75%-100% power
Purple Light – 50%-75% power
Red Light – 30%-50% power
Blinking Red Light – 10%-30% power, please charge asap
- Power less than 10%, massager will self shut down 6. The device can be used while battery is charging 7. Recharge battery when battery indicator begins to flash Red Light 8. The average battery life per full charge is up to 5 hours depending on the speed level and pressure during use.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Open the foldable arm by pushing the “Release” button (engraved and located on the side) and secure at one of the three desired arm positions.

Select an attachment head of your choice Note the release button is not needed to switch out attachment heads Restate the Fork and Heated Head attachments for clarity from page 5.

To attach the extension handle, remove the rubber stopper at the bottom of the R2 Pro
and screw in the extension handle. -
Turn the R2 Pro ON
a. Press and hold the power button for at least 2 seconds to turn on. Indicator light will turn on.
b. Adjust the speed by pressing the power button up to 4 more times. -
Speeds 1 – 3 increase in intensity.

Speed 4 (speed lights will oscillate) is a variable speed.
* the harder you press, the more the speed will increase.
c. When using the heated head attachment, adjust the temperature using the + or – to the right of the power button.
- Turning the R2 Pro OFF
a. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off We suggest putting the R2 Pro on the lowest speed before turning off.
