Synchronization

  1. Ensure the range hood is off.
  2. Press and hold the second speed button on the range hood for 5 seconds to enter learning mode.
  3. Simultaneously press the P1 and PT buttons on the remote control for 3 seconds.
  4. If successful, the light symbol on the hood control will stop flashing and the range hood is synchronized.
  5. If issues persist, repeat the procedure.

SYNCHRONIZATION

To synchronize the remote control with the range hood for the first time, proceed as follows:

  1. With the range hood off, press and hold for 5 seconds the second speed button, the range hood should enter learning mode, and the light symbol on the hood control button will flash for 60 seconds.
  2. Press the “P1” and “PT” buttons simultaneously on the remote control for 3 seconds, and “L” will appear on the display “PD”.
  3. If synchronization is successful, the light symbol on the hood control will stop flashing turn on for 3 seconds, and then turn off.

The range hood is now synchronized with the remote control. If you experience any problems, repeat the procedure.

GENERAL INFORMATION

FUNCTIONS

  • P0:Power button -when pressed with the motor off, the display shows “0” (zero) for about 1 second.
  • P1:Motor speed decrease button; when the hood is in 1st speed, P1 switches the motor off.
  • P2:Motor speed increase button; when the hood is off, touch once for first speed, twice for 2nd speed, three times for 3rd speed, and four times for 4th speed. The display shows the selected speeds(“1”, “2”, “3”, “4”).

PL: LIGHTS ON/OFF and LIGHTS functions selection

  • Light intensity – light level intensity can be adjusted. With lights on, press and hold the “PL” button: the light intensity starts decreasing or increasing until it reaches the minimum or maximum value (depending on the last intensity saved). Once the desired light intensity is reached, release the button to stop the process; pressing and holding the “PL” key again will restart the adjustment procedure.
  • Light Color – light color can be adjusted. With lights off, press and hold the “PL” button until the light symbol on the hood control starts blinking. Start touching the “PL” button briefly to set up the light’s color. There are 10 (ten) different light colors from a minimum of 2700K to a maximum of 6000K.
    Once the desired color has been selected, to memorize it, wait 10 seconds until the light symbol on the hood control stops blinking, and the dynamic selection mode ends.

PC: CLEAN AIR function (disabled by default)

  • To enable the Clean Air function, with the hood off, press the “PC” button to enter the Clean Air function menu. Press and hold the “PC” button for 4 to 5 seconds, The Clean Air function is now active (a “C” will appear on the display), and the blower will turn on at the first speed and work for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the fan will turn off, and the 50-minute timer will start, with the hood control light symbol flashing every 5 seconds. After 50 minutes the fan will start again for 10 minutes. After 24 hours of cycling, the Clean Air function will be disabled automatically. To disable the function while it is enabled, press either PC or P0 button.

PC: QUICK AIR REFRESH function:

  • To enable the Quick Air Refresh function, with the hood on or off, press the “PC” button to enter the Quick Air Refresh function menu. Press the “PC” button again, the Quick Air Refresh function will now be active (a “C” will appear on the display), and the blower will turn on at the maximum speed and work for 6 minutes, allowing a rapid air renewal. At the end of the 6 minutes, the blower will switch off automatically.
  • While the function is active, the hood control light symbol flashes everysecond. To disable this function, press either “PC” or “P0” button.
    Note: this function has priority over all the other active motor functions.

PT: TIMER function(disabled by default)

  • To enabletimer press shortly “PT”. The Timer performs a 15-minute countdown and can only be activated with the fan is on, “T” appears on the display.
  • The duration of 15 minutes does not change even if the speeds are changed during the countdown.
  • At the end of the 15 minutes the blower stops.
