PRINTPRO 2023 Thunderjet Camper Kit
INSTRUCTION MANUAL
1. File down the mating surface between the front & rear body panel.
2. Install the screws into the front & rear body panel and attach them to the chassis. Do not overtighten.
3. Add a small amount of superglue to the leading edge & damp firmly fer a tight fit.
4. Sand down the edge on both sides to make sure the side panels fit properly.
5. Add a small amount of glue to the highlighted areas & install the side panels
6. After the glue has fully dried, remove the 4 mounting screws and chassis.
7. Add glue in the directed areas and attach the axle carriers.
8. Drill the pilot holes in the axle carriers to the size of the axle you will be using. It is very important that this hole is precise.
9. Insert the axle & wheels. Depending on your choice of parts, the axle & wheels may have to be shaved down to fit best.
10. Add some glue to the chassis only & install the rear bumper using the alignment tabs
11. Be sure not to overtighten the screws for the hitch or the camper chassis.
12. Finish details are best added after the trailer is assembled. Chrome pens work well for the trim.
