Power On

  1. Plug the Type-C power cable into the DC jack.

  2. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds, and the green power LED light steadily turns up.

Bluetooth Classic

  • Initial pairing: a single tap activates Bluetooth Classic mode, automatically pairing with Bluetooth devices like earbuds, speakers, and more.

  • Change paired device: double tap to disconnect and initiate an automatic search for a new device to connect.

Bluetooth Auracast
A single tap switches to broadcast mode, automatically pairing with Auracast- enabled devices like earbuds, speakers, and more.

Short press to select the audio input: SPDIF (Optical)→HDMI AUX Microphone

  • AUX In/AUX Out
    To enable sound on your device, connect your TV to TV hearMore AUX IN (2) using a TRS cable, and link TV hearMore OUT to your external device, such as a speaker or soundbar, with another TRS cable.

  • SPDIF In/SPDIF Out
    To enable sound on your device by connecting your TV to TV hearMore SPDIF IN (3) using a SPDIF (optical) cable. Then, use another SPDIF (optical) cable to link TV hearMore OUT with your external device, such as a speaker or soundbar.

Important safety instructions

  • Please read this user guide and warranty manual carefully before using the product for the first time.

Preventing damage to health and accidents

  • Preventing damage to the product and malfunctions
    Always keep the product dry and avoid exposure to heat sources (including hair dryers, heaters, prolonged strong sunlight, etc.) as this may result in product deformation or malfunction. The normal operating temperature of the product is 0 °C-40 °C or 32 °F-104 °F.

  • Please do not use any attachments, accessories, or spare parts with the product unless they are included with the product or recommended by MOOR Technology Co. Ltd.

  • The product should only be cleaned, where necessary, with a soft, dry cloth.
