Installation & Use

Nozzle Installation
Choose an apt nozzle to install.

  1. Assembly: Insert it into the vacuum port.

  2. Disassembly: Press the rolling brush lock button and pull it out.

Operation

  1. Make sure the dust bin is clean.

  2. Press and hold the button for 2s to turn on/turn off the machine, press it to turn on/turn off the light.

  3. Use the crevice nozzle for gaps and corners.

  4. Use the brush nozzle to clean the hairs and dust on furnitures.

Main Unit Cleaning

  1. After turning off the vacuum cleaner, press the button on the dust bin to open the cap and empty the trash inside.

  2. Press the rolling brush lock button, and clean the rolling brush manually.

Charging

  1. Make sure the power is off.
  2. The indicator flashes during charging.
  3. The indicator stays on when fully charged.

Indicator

  1. Lights up during operation.
  2. Flashes when the battery is low.

Warnings

  1. Never use on wet surfaces.
  2. Never use on flammable or combustion materials.
  3. Never immerse the vacuum cleaner or the power cord in liquid.
  4. The temperature range for product charging, storage and use is between 5°C~35°C.
  5. Do not disassemble the battery, and prevent it from contacting with fire, heat or direct sunlight.
  6. This product is not suitable for people (including children) who are not physically sound, are mentally handicapped, or lack relevant experience and operating knowledge, unless someone responsible for their safety supervises or directs their use of this  product.
  7. Please do not let children play with this product.

Troubleshooting

Precautions
If the product suddenly shuts down, the suction force is getting weak or there’s severe overheating at the handle, it is probably caused by the blockage. Please clean the dust bin and HEPA filter, and keep the air flow inside the cleaner ventilated.

The product does not work

  1. The battery may be low; please charge the battery.
  2. There may be blockage and the high-temperature protection is activated, please clean the dust bin and HEPA filter.
  3. Motor damage caused by liquid sucked in, please DO NOT use the product on any liquids.

Unable to charge the product

  1. Before connecting the product to the power supply, please check whether the voltage marked by the product is consistent with the local power supply voltage.
  2. Make sure the power is off.
  3. Plug the charging cable into the charging port of the vacuum cleaner.

Weakening suction

  1. There may be blockage, please clean the dust bin and HEPA filter.
  2. The battery may be low; please charge the battery.
  3. There may be leakage caused by improper installation of the dust bin, please install it properly.
