Product Introduction

The product is a handheld wireless Bluetooth remote control, the key of the remote control to issue commands, the device receives the command, the command is converted into the corresponding function, in order to achieve the purpose of controlling the device, the remote control uses battery AAA*2.

Working Principle

A:MCU+RF part: RTL8752CJF used in the schematic is mainly responsible for keyboard matrix, transmit status indication, command transmission
B: The key matrix part consists of SW1-SW10
C: Crystal oscillator: composed of Y3, used for the clock frequency required to generate RF
D: The emission status indicator is composed of R12,R13, and D9. When there is a pairing with the device, the LED flashes yellow and green, indicating that the remote control and the device are connected. When there is no pairing with the device, the LED flashes red, indicating that the remote control and the device are disconnected
E: The antenna matching network consists of L1,C19,C15, and C20. Its main function is to adjust the transmission power, efficiency, and the requirements for harmonics
F: Power supply part: The power supply network of the entire circuit is composed of AAA*2 batteries and filter circuit.

Complete Machine Operation

A: Bluetooth name: eSight Remote
B: Pairing button: Press the pairing button for three seconds to enter the pairing mode
C: Indicator: After entering the pairing mode, the red LED indicator will switch on and off at 250Ms and cycle. During pairing, the green LED indicator will switch on and off at 150Ms and cycle. After pairing is completed, the green LED indicator will keep on for 5 seconds, indicating that the pairing is successful
D: Press any button on the remote control, and the red LED will light up for 0.8S. After entering the pairing mode, you can press the pairing key + volume plus key to exit the pairing mode
E: Replace the battery and disconnect the host, the remote control will remember the previously paired device, replace the battery and re-power on the host, should take the initiative to automatically connect with the device (press the button)
F: Sleep: When the remote control does not move within 10 minutes, it enters a deep sleep. When the button is pressed, the remote control establishes a connection with the host. The pressed button must be saved before sending data, and the connection time should not exceed 2 seconds.

  • Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.

The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirement. The device can be used in portable exposure condition without restriction.
