How To Use

  1. Connect the air hose to one of the ports.
  2. Connect power, and power on the machine.
  3. Turn the knob to increase the airflow volume.

Maintenance

To maintain the machine in good condition and improve the service life, regular maintenance is highly recommended. Disconnect power before maintenance.

Cleaning the dust collector
Disconnect the power before cleaning. Use a soft cloth to clean the machine’s surface. Do not clean with chemical solvents such as alcohol, gasoline, and benzene.

Check and replace the filters regularly

  • Always empty the dust bags regularly. Emptying the dust bag allows the machine to operate at a much higher level of efficiency.
  • Replacement of the filters regularly. It depends on how much dust it collects.
  • You can visibly see if the filter needs to be changed, it goes from white to dingy grey.
  • Please contact FoxAlien Official for filter filaments purchasing.
    NOTE: Always wear a respirator when emptying the dust bag. Sawdust may cause allergic reactions or respiratory problems.

How to replace the filters

  • As Image A, open the bin, and take out the filters and dust bag.
  • As in Image B, remove the PE bags of the new filters.
  • As in Image C, install the new filters and dust bags into the bin, and close the door.

NOTE
PE bags must be removed before installation; otherwise, the machine cannot work correctly.

DOs & DON’Ts

  • Make sure the power source matches wire voltage configurations.
  • Always place the machine on a stable surface to avoid falling caused by the vibration during operation.
  • Use to machine in a good ventilation environment.
  • Keep both the interior and exterior of the machine free from dirt, water, oil and grease.
  • If an extension cord is necessary, a cord with adequate-size conductors that are capable of carrying the current necessary for your tool must be used.
  • When the dust collector is not in use, unplug the power cord from the power source. Place the cord away from potential damage sources such as sharp objects, heat sources, harsh chemicals, water, damp areas, etc.

  • Do not use the machine with wet/moisture material.

WARNING

  • Do not disassemble the machine without authorization in case of any electric shock.
  • And this will void the warranty.
  • Disconnect the power and unplug the power cord before changing the filters.

Troubleshooting Tips

Problem Possible Causes Possible Solution
The machine does not start or a breaker trips. 1.     Power supply switched

3.     Restriction in duct line.

4. The dust collector is too far away, or there are too many sharp bends in the ducting.

5.     Lumber is wet and dust not flowing through ducting smoothly.

6.     Leaks in ducting or too many open ports.

7.     Ducting or machine dust ports are incorrectly sized.

4.     Relocate the dust collector closer to the point of suction, and rework ducting without sharp bends.

6.     Rework the ducting to eliminate all leaks.

NOTE
Since the machine is fresh from the factory, a slight odour is normal during initial use.
