Product Usage Instructions

Power ON/OFF:

Press and hold the POWER button to activate or deactivate the monitor.

Temperature Display:

To switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit display, quickly press the POWER button two times.

Bluetooth Setting:

Quickly press the POWER button three times to activate or deactivate Bluetooth on the display.

Bluetooth Factory Setting:

Quickly press the POWER button five times to reset Bluetooth to default factory setting. This reset is required when connecting to another smartphone or reinstalling the Tuya App.

Backlight Display:

Press SET to activate or deactivate the backlit display.

• Q: How do I connect the device to the Tuya App?
  • A : Follow these steps: Step 1: Download the Tuya app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and create an account. Step 2: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that you are within Bluetooth range of 2-5 meters or 5-15 feet from the device. Step 3 : If Bluetooth ICON is not displaying on the display, quick press POWER button 3 times to enable Bluetooth on the device. Quick press the POWER button again will disable Bluetooth on the device. Step 4: Open the Tuya App on the smartphone and tap Add Device. If you cannot find the device after enabling Bluetooth on both the device and your smartphone, press POWER button 5 times to reset Bluetooth to default settings.

MANUAL SETTINGS

The below settings are done from the buttons on the device. Users also can reset the device from the Tuya App download to your smartphone. Please be in reference to the following APP Guide pages.

Power ON/OFF : Press and hold the POWER button to activate/deactivate the monitor.
oC/oF Switch: Quick press POWER button 2 times to convert between Celsius and Fahrenheit display.

Bluetooth Setting : Quick press POWER button 3 times to activate/deactivate Bluetooth on the display.

Bluetooth Factory Setting: Quick press POWER button 5 times to reset bluetooth to default factory setting. This bluetooth reset is required when users connect to another smartphone, or when users reinstall Tuya App on the smartphone.

Backlight Display : Press SET to activate/deactivate backlit display.
CO/CO2 Alarm:

• When the CO level reaches 9ppm, the display will flash for 20 seconds. When CO level reaches 25ppm, the alarm will sound for 6 minutes. The alarm will be lifted after 6 minutes or when the CO level goes down to below 25ppm.
• When the CO2 level reaches 1000ppm, the display will flash for 10 seconds. When CO2 level reaches 1500ppm, the alarm will sound for 2 minutes. The alarm will be silenced after 2 minutes or when the CO2 level goes down to below 1000ppm.

CO/CO2 Silent Setting:

• Press the POWER button during an alarm to silence the alarm. If the CO/CO2 level remains higher than the alarm threshold value, the alarm will repeat again.
• Press and hold ESC button to disable/enable the ALARM ICON on the display.

CO & CO2 Alarm Value Setting:

• Press and hold SET button to enter setting mode.
• Press UP/DOWN button to increase/decrease the CO/CO2 threshold value.
• Press SET button to shift to the CO/CO2 value to be set. The selected subject will flash in the order of CO Flash Value, CO Alarm Value, CO2 Flash Value, CO2 Alarm Value.
• Press ESC button to leave the setting mode without saving the settings.
• Press and hold SET button to save and leave the settings.

CO/CO2 Threshold Value Range: 1ppm to 999ppm for CO range; 500ppm to 5000ppm for CO2 range.
CO2 Manual Calibration: Please place the device in a well-ventilated environment to calibrate the CO2 value.

• Quick press ESC button 3 times to activate CO2 calibration, which takes approx. 3 minutes.
• Press ESC button to cancel the calibration process.

Altitude Manual Calibration:

• Hold both UP and DOWN buttons to set the current relative altitude as “ZERO”.
• Hold both UP and DOWN buttons again to go back to default setting.

• Step 2 : Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your smartphone and that you are within Bluetooth range of 2-5 meters or 5-15 feet from the device.
• Step 3 : If Bluetooth ICON is not displaying on the display, quick press POWER button 3 times to enable Bluetooth on the device. Quick press POWER button again will disable the bluetooth on the device.
• Step 4 : Open Tuya App on the smartphone, and tap Add Device.
• NOTE : When you cannot find the device after bluetooth is enabled both on the device and your smartphone, please try pressing POWER 5 times to reset bluetooth to default setting.
