Pairing

1. Power on The earphones will automatically power on after opening the charging case and removing the earphones from the charging case.

2. Wireless connection Turn on wireless mode on your phone to search and pair the earphones. Select device model: Baseus Bowie E5

3. Download the app and link the earphones to the app.

4. Power off
   Put the earbuds into the charging case and close the lid to power off the earphones.

Instructions

Music mode:

• Play/ Pause: Double-tap left or right earphone (L or R)
• Previous song: Long-tap left earphone for 1.55
• Next song: Long-tap right earphone for 1.5s
• Activate the voice assistant: Triple-tap left or right earphone (L or R)

Call mode:

• Answer/ hang up: Double-tap left or right earphone (L or R)
• Reject a call: Long-tap left or right earphone (L or R) 1.5s

Charging case indicator

• Charge earphones in the charging case.
  • Constant white light when the charging case’s battery level is higher than 20%
  • Constant red light when the charging case’s battery level is lower than 20%.
• Charge the charging case through a power supply.
  • During charging: The indicator flashes white.
  • Fully charged: The indicator is on constant white.
• Press the button to show the current battery level of the charging case when the lid is open
  • Battery level is lower than 20%: The red indicator lights up constantly.
  • Battery level is between 21% and 100%: The white indicator lights up constantly
  • Note: When the charging case’s battery is low, the indicator will flash red 3 times.
• Reconnection
  • Connecting: Flashing white light
  • Connected: Constant white light

Restore to default settings

• Turn off the Bluetooth on your device, open the charging case and press and hold the button for 5 seconds until the white light flashes 3 times then lights up for 1 second. This indicates the setting is complete.
• Open the charging case to pair and connect to your device.

Switching to low latency mode

1. Method 1: Turn on/off the low latency mode in the Baseus app settings screen.
2. Method 2: Customize the low latency mode in the Baseus app gesture settings.
3. Method 3: Double-tap the charging case button to turn on/off the low-latency mode.

Tips for using the app

1. The effective duration of searching function is about 35 hours. Please use the function for searching missing earphones during this period.
2. When the searching function is turned on in the app, the earphones will sound an alarm. Please ensure to use this function when not wearing your earbuds to avoid hearing damage.
   Note: Go to Settings>App>App launch>Open manually “Baseus” app: Allow Auto-launch, Allow secondary launch and running in background.
