Product Usage Instructions
Blade Replacement
Periodically check the blades and replace them as needed. It is recommended
to replace all 4 blades every:
- Every 8 – 10 weeks for RKS 800
- Every 6 – 8 weeks for RKS 1500
- Every 4 – 6 weeks if needed sooner
Cleaning
Regularly inspect and clean the wheels and mowing deck:
- Remove debris from the wheels every 2-3 weeks or more frequently if necessary.
- Use a soft brush to clear debris from the mowing deck.
- Remove debris between the guard wires.
Wheel Cleaners
If mud and mulch accumulate on wheels, utilize wheel cleaners. Replace them
if showing signs of wear.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Safety first
- Power off the robot
- Remove the disabling key before doing any maintenance
Blade Replacement
- Periodically inspect the blades and replace them if worn or damaged. It is recommended to replace the blades per the table below.
- Always replace all 4 blades, including the screws. Please contact a local authorized service dealer to purchase an aftermarket tool kit, if desired.

Cleaning
Wheels and mowing deck are designed to allow buildup of wet grass, soil and
debris to disperse when dry conditions return. It is still recommended to
inspect and remove any remaining buildup on wheels and around the underside of
the mower every 2-3 weeks or more frequently, if needed.
Wheel cleaners
- During longer periods of increased wet conditions, mud and mulch can accumulate on wheels. The wheel cleaners assist in removing debris in these conditions.
- If wheel cleaners are showing signs of wear, contact Service to purchase replacements.
