1. Unboxing: Unbox the device.
2. Power Connection: Use the provided charging cable to connect the device to a compatible power adaptor.
3. Main Charging Pad (A): Place your compatible phone on the main charging pad for wireless charging. Supports both vertical and horizontal orientations.
4. Watch Charging Pad (B): Use this pad to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible smartwatch, including Apple Watch.
5. Base Charging Pad (C): Charge Qi wireless charging compatible earbuds (supports Apple AirPods) and an additional Qi wireless charging compatible phone (no fast charging support).
6. Multipoint Charging: To charge multiple devices simultaneously, use a PD + QC 3.0 power adaptor (soldseparately).

• Why is my phone not charging?

• This is a 3-in-1 20W Fast Wireless Charging Dock for the Apple iPhone, compatible Apple AirPods and Apple Watch. This device uses the latest Qi-charging technology and is cable of charging multiple devices simultaneously.
• The main charging pad supports charging Qi-charging compatible smart phones such as the latest Apple iPhone and supports up to 15W of wireless charging.
• The watch charger supports any Qi-charging compatible smart watch and supports all generations of Apple Watches. It supports 2W of wireless charging.
• The second charging pad on the back supports wireless charging for Qi-charging compatible wireless earbuds. Supports the latest generation of Apple AirPods. It provided 3W of charging and can also be used to charge a second Qi-compatible mobile device.
• For optimum performance please use with a PD QC 3.0 power adaptor (must be purchased separately).

How to Use

1. Unbox the device
2. Use the charging cable provided with the device to connect it to a compatible power adaptor*
3. Place the compatible phone on the main charging pad (A). Both vertical and horizontal orientations are supported for charging.
4. You can use the watch charging pad (B) to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible smart watch (supports Apple Watch).
5. The charging pad (C) on the base is to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible ear buds (supports Apple AirPod)
6. The base charging pad (C) can also be used to charge an additional Qi wireless charging compatible phone (does not support fast charging)

Troubleshooting

Charging Indicators

• Dark blue indicates the charging status of the mobile phone.
• Green indicated the charging status of AirPods
• Light Blue indicates the charging Status of mobile phone and AirPods together.
• Phone is not charging: If your phone is not charging please check for the following.
  • Phone is placed correctly on the charging pad.
  • Make sure the wireless charger is correctly connected to the power adaptor.
  • If you are using a protective phone case, try removing is and placing the phone directly on the charging pad.
  • Make sure there are no magnets in between the phone and the charging pad.
• Phone is charging slow: If your phone is charging slow or not charging while wireless earbuds are charging it is usually a sign of lack of power. Please check to see you are using the correct type of power adaptor. For optimum performance you will require a PD + QC 3.0 power adaptor.
