Product Usage Instructions

Unbox the device.
Use the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable to connect the device to a compatible power adaptor.
Place a compatible phone on the main charging pad (A).
Use the base charging pad (B) to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible earbuds.
Use the base charging pad (C) to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible smartwatch. The smartwatch base can be moved outwards.

Note: To charge multiple devices simultaneously, a PD + QC 3.0 power adaptor is required (sold separately).

Q: My phone is not charging, what should I do?
A: If your phone is not charging, please check the following:
- Ensure the device is properly connected to a power source.

Product Information

This is a 3-in-1 15W foldable fast wireless charging device that uses the latest Qi-charging technology. It is compatible with both Apple and Android Qi-Charging compatible phones and supports up to 15w. The charger can be folded for easy transportability. Opening the charger you can view the charging bases for the AirPods and Apple Watch – 2W and 3W respectively. The Charger can be used folded and opened up.

How to Use

Unbox the device
Use the charging cable provided with the device to connect it to a compatible power adaptor*
Place the compatible phone on the main charging pad (A).
You can use the base charging pad (B) to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible earbuds.
You can use the base charging pad (C) to charge any Qi wireless charging compatible smartwatch. The smart Watch base can be moved outwards.

To charge multiple devices you will require a PD + QC 3.0 power adaptor (must be purchased separately)

Troubleshooting

The phone is not charging: If your phone is not charging please check for the following.

The phone is placed correctly on the charging pad. Make sure the wireless charger is correctly connected to the power adaptor.
If you are using a protective phone case, try removing is and placing the phone directly on the charging pad.
Make sure there are no magnets in between the phone and the charging pad.

Phone is charging slowly: If your phone is charging slowly or not charging while wireless earbuds are charging it is usually a sign of lack of power. Please check to see you are using the correct type of power adaptor. For optimum performance, you will require a PD + QC 3.0 power adaptor.
