Product Usage Instructions

Dimensions and Mounting Information
Fasten the unit to a well-ventilated area using four M4 screws through the molded-on flanges. Torque the screws within the range of 2.2 Nm to 2.8 Nm.

Mounting on DIN Rail
In case of installation on a DIN rail, ensure the use of the provided DIN mounting plate. Secure the unit to the mounting plate using four M4 screws through the molded-on flanges. Torque specification for these screws is between 2.2 Nm and 2.8 Nm. Ensure proper ventilation if mounted in a closed- type installation box.

Wiring Information

• Connecting Power
  When connecting to LINE, use a circuit breaker or fuse rated at 13A MAX. Connect LINE L and EARTH NEUTRAL N as specified. Do not exceed the allowed amount of UrbanLux fixtures per DOP Injector Output.

• Connecting DMX
  The DOP Injector has two 3-pin PTB sockets with removable plugs for DMX/RDM input and output. Follow the DMX pinout instructions provided in the manual for proper connection.

  No, this product is designed for indoor use only.

Connecting Power

• WARNING! For protection from electric shock, the fixture must be electrically connected to ground (earth). The AC mains power supply must be fitted with a fuse or circuit breaker of 13A MAX and ground-fault (earth-fault) protection.

• WARNING! DOP Injector require UrbanLux luminaires to operate.
  DOP Injector must be installed by a qualified electrician in accordance with all national and local electrical and construction codes and regulations

• DANGER!

  • Risk of electric shock. Do not open the device.
  • Always power off the fixture before mounting/removing accessories or dismantling the product.
  • Ensure that the mains power is cut off when wiring the device or connecting to a luminaire.
  • Ensure that the device is electrically connected to earth (ground).
  • Do not apply power if the device or cables are damaged.
  • Do not immerse the fixture in water or liquid.

Never exceed allowed amount of UrbanLux fixtures per DOP Injector Output

Connecting DMX

• DOP Injector has two 3-pin PTB sockets with removable plugs for DMX/RDM input and output.

• DMX pinout:

• Connect DMX data output from the controller to the DOP Injector DMX In PTB plug using screws.

• Run the data link from the DOP Injector DMX Thru socket to the DMX In of the next unit.

• Terminate data link by connecting a 120 Ohm resistor between +Data and -Data at the DMX Thru of the last unit in DMX line.
