What’s in the box

TCL MOVEAUDIO Neo Charging Case And Earbuds - box

First time pairing

Open the charging case and place the earbuds in the charging case for at least 5 seconds.
The earbud LED indicators flash in blinking blue, close the charging case, the LED indicator will turn off. Open the case to complete the activation.
On your device, open Bluetooth ® settings and select TCLMOVEAUDIO Neo to pair.

Triple tap right earbud| Switch EQ mode: Music, Bass, Podcast and Treble.
Triple tap left earbud| Activate Siri® or Google Assistants
Press and hold right earbud for 5 seconds| Turn on Low latency mode
Press and hold the left and right earbuds at the same time for 3 seconds| Activate ANC

Mute mic on/off is only available during phone calls.

Charging your headphones and case

Charging your earbuds
The case LED indicator light will turn green for 3 seconds when charging starts. Earbuds will fully charge in 1.5 hours.

Charging the case
The LED indicator turns orange when charging, and turns green when charging is complete.

Check case battery
Open or close the charging case to check the battery level for the case from the case LED indicator lights.
If the case battery is 20% or greater the light will be green. If the case battery is lower than 20% the light will be orange.

Reset the headphones

Place earbud in the charging case with the lid open.
Press and hold left or right earbud for 8 seconds. The earbud LED indicator flash in blue when earbuds enter reset process. After reset process, the earbuds will enter pairing mode automatically and earbuds LED indicator flashes in blue in cycle.

Note: All pairing information is deleted when the earbuds are reset to factory settings.

Safety and Precautions

Hearing safety
Caution: To prevent possible hearing damage, do not listen at high volume levels for long periods. Set the volume to a safe level.
Electric-, Magnetic- and Electromagnetic Fields (EMF)
This product complies with all applicable standards and regulations regarding exposure to electromagnetic fields.
To prevent fire or shock hazard: Always keep this product dry. Do not expose it to excessive heat by heating equipment or direct sunlight.
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
TCL Technology Holding Limited, offers a 1 year limited warranty on selected Head Phones and Audio Products that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship upon submission of the following items:
1. Proof of purchase – consisting of original invoice or sales slip indicating the date of purchase, dealer’s name, model number and serial number of the product is required for warranty support.
General Terms and Conditions
This warranty is confined to the first purchaser of the product only and is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and workmanship.
Items and Conditions Not Covered:

Periodic checks, maintenance, repair and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
Abuse or misuses, including but not solely limited to the failure to use this product for its normal purposes or in accordance with TCL’s instructions on usage and maintenance.
Defects resulting from usage of the product in conjunction with accessories that are not approved by TCL for use with this product.
TCL will not be responsible for any repairs caused by third party component parts, or service that is found to be the cause for the defect or damage of the product.
Accidents, Acts of God, lightning, water, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations or any cause beyond the control of TCL.
This warranty does not affect the consumers’ statutory rights nor the consumers’ rights against the dealer related to their purchase/ sales agreement.

TCL’s 1 Year Limited Warranty will abide by the following options regarding claims:

Replace or Repair the TCL product with the same model (or with a product that has similar functionality) formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, also;
a. When a TCL product or part is replaced or provided, any replacement item becomes the customer’s property and the replaced or refunded item becomes TCL’s property.
b. TCL will not provide any data transfer service. This is the customer’s responsibility.
Repair or Replacement of any TCL product under the terms of this warranty does not provide right to extension or renewal of the warranty period.
This warranty is not transferrable. This warranty will be the purchasers’ sole and exclusive remedy and neither TCL nor its service centers shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or breach of any express or implied warranty of this product.
