Before You Start
- Please read all instructions carefully.
- Retain instructions for future reference.
- Separate and count all parts and hardware.
- Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
- We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near to the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
- Always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
- Keep all small parts and packaging materials for this product away from babies and children as they potentially pose a serious choking hazard.
Replacement
IMPORTANT:
Carefully read and follow the instructions provided with this product.
WARNING:
Keep all flame and heat sources away from this canopy top and sidewall fabric.
This canopy top is made with flame resistant fabric. It is NOT FIRE PROOF. The
fabric will burn if left in continuous contact with any flame source. The
application of any foreign substance to this fabric may render the flame
resistant properties ineffective.
WARNING:
Do not set-up or leave the canopy unattended in the following conditions:
gusty wind, rain, hail, sleet, snow, drizzle, or any other harsh weather
conditions. Doing so may cause damage to the entire canopy.
Set Up The Canopy
- Stand on the opposite side of your partner and lift the frame off of the ground while walking backwards away from your partner.
- Unfold the canopy top and place the top over the opened frame. Secure the canopy top to the comers of the canopy frame using the Velcro connections.
- Lift up the slider at each comer of the canopy frame until it clicks into the spring button. Use Velcro loops to secure the large canopy to the canopy frame.
- Pull the snap button on each leg, and raise or lower to adjust the canopy height.
- Insert a stake into the foot of each canopy leg.
Take Down The Canopy
- Pull up all stakes from the ground. Press the snap button on each leg and retract the legs to their original height.
- Press the snap button at each comer of the canopy, and pull down the slider.
- Lift one leg of the frame until the two neighboring legs are raised off the ground.
Push inward until the frame is fully closed.
Return / Damage Claim Instructions

DO NOT discard the box / original packaging.
In case a return is required, the item must be returned in original box. Without this your return will not be accepted. -
Take a photo of the box markings.
A photo of the markings (text) on the side of the box is required in case a part is needed for replacement. This helps our staff identify your product number to ensure you receive the correct parts. -
Take a photo of the damaged part (if applicable).
A photo of the damage is always required to file a claim and get your replacement or refund processed quickly. Please make sure you have the box even if it is damaged. -
Send us an email with the images requested.
Email us directly from market place where your item was purchased with the attached images and a description of your claim.
