Product Usage Instructions

Before Use:

1. Clean the appliance and panel to ensure no water, rice, or debris on the heating surface or the bottom.
2. Place bowls, plates, and pots on the heating areas ensuring their bottoms are clean.

How to Use:

1. Press the temperature mode switch to select your desired temperature.
2. Press the power button to turn it on/off.
3. The device will automatically shut off after 5 hours of inactivity.

Maintenance and Cleaning:

1. Maintenance :
   • Keep the device in a dry environment.
   • Unplug the power if not in use for an extended period.
2. Cleaning:
   • Cool down and unplug the device before cleaning.
   • Use a soft damp cloth to clean the surface; avoid harsh chemicals.
   • Do not immerse the device or its parts in water or other liquids.

Storage:

1. Wait for 15 minutes for the device to cool down after use.
2. Roll up the plate as shown in the picture and unplug the cord.
3. Store the device and cable in the provided bag.

Please carefully read and follow these instructions below in order to avoid any injury or property loss. Failure to follow safety warnings or incorrect use may cause accidents.

1. Do not touch it or its plug with wet hands.
2. Do not touch it after its connecting main power socket to avoid any scald.
3. Do not immerse cord or parts in water or other liquid.
4. Do not place it close to flammable materials like curtains, gas, oil paper, alcohol etc.
5. Do not disassemble or repair it on your own to avoid the injury and any damage.
6. Do not allow Childrens use it alone and keep it away from the place where infant or little children can touch to avoid shock or scald.
7. Do not use it on metal table or surface since it can heat the metal countertop.
8. Do not put airtight food like can, airtight container, etc directly on it to avoid thermal expansion.
9. Do not rinse it with water to prevent water from going inside.
10. Do not put heavy objects on it and scratch it by sharp objects.
11. Do not clean it with toluene, acid lotion, kerosene, alcohol or chemical reagents to avoid discoloration.
12. If you want to extend the food warming time, please cover the food with a lid or aluminum foil.

How to use

3. Check the plug and socket and ensure that they can plug in and connect power socket well.
4. Press the power button and turn it on. Its default temperature is .
5. Press temperature mode switch to select your desired temperature.
6. Press power button again to turn it off and it will automatically shut off without any operation for 5 hours.

1. Can raw food be cooked on the Food Warmer?
   No, it is NOT a cooking appliance. It is designed to keep already-cooked food warm.

2. Can leftovers be reheated or defrosted on the Food Warmer?
   No, it is NOT designed to reheat food, only to warm already-cooked hot food.

3. Can I put plastic containers on the Food Warmer?
   No, you can only put heat-resistant containers, pots, and pans on the Food Warmer. Things like ceramic casserole dishes, metal cookware, and some glass containers are acceptable. Most Pyrex is ok to use on the Warmer but be sure to check that it’s heat-resistant before using.

4. Can aluminum foil, plastic wrap, or plastic utensils be placed on the Food Warmer?
   No.

5. Can I use the Food Warmer on any surface?
   No, do not use it on metal tables or surfaces since it can heat the metal countertop.

6. Can the Food Warmer be kept warm all the time?
   NO, after selecting the temperature for food heating, If there is no button operation within 6 hours, it will automatically enter the standby state, and all LED lights will go out to stop heating.

7. How to keep food warm longer?
   If you want to extend the food warming time, please cover the food with a lid or aluminum foil.
