Precautions

  • Please read this instruction carefully.

  • The parts of the hydrosol machine cannot be replaced at will, and the hydrosol machine canonry use the parts of the same products of our company.

  • During the distillation process, it is strictly forbidden to open the top cover by hand to prevent the steam from hurting your hands.

  • After the distillation is over, unplug the power first, wait for an hour after the hot steam pressure dissipates, and then open the lid of the hydrosol machine.

  • U-shaped scale on the bottom of the pot after distillation is the phenomenon of slag left informal purification, just clean it up.

  • Timed distillation time should be less than or equal to time reference table time to prevent dry burning.

  • Only use the hydrosol machine on a stable surface, be careful when moving the hydrosol machine with scalding liquids, and do not move the machine during distillation.

  • Minors are not allowed to use the hydrosol machine, and the place close to children must be guarded.

  • After receiving the product, please distill it once, and clean the inside of the machine at hightemperature before making hydrosol. If you want to drink it directly, please distill it 2-3 times.

  • The service life of the sealing rubber ring is 1-2 years. It is a consumable item. To ensure the distillation effect and safety, please replace it in time.

  • Keep this instruction manual. Improper use may cause injury. Please use it correctly according to the instruction manual.

Structure Diagram

Structure Diagram

  1. Pot Body : used for filling water, petals and other materials.
  2. Distiller: an important part of the distillation machine, which undertakes the distillationpurification and purification of various materials.
  3. Power Supply : one on each side of the distiller, connect the 110v power supply and the pot body respectively.
  4. Timer: The timing time can be up to 3 hours, which can be adjusted according to actual needs.
  5. Water Outlet: the hydrosol outlet produced by extracting the distillate.
  6. Air Inlet : the fan is used for heat dissipation and air intake, please do not block it.
  7. Portable Hole: open the distillation machine, wait for more than half an hour after thedistillation, use it after the pressure dissipates, and be careful that the steamwill hurt your hands when opening.
  8. Speed Switch : It can adjust the amount of water and the temperature of the water. The fast mode has a large water output and the temperature is high, and the slow mode has a small water output and a low temperature.

How to Use the Speed Switch
Speed Switch

  • Dual power heating is adopted, and the button is adjusted to “fast mode”. The heating mode is full power, which can quickly produce water, which is suitable for the rapid distillation of distilled water and thin-walled plants.
  • The button is adjusted to “Slow” and the heating power is half power, the water outlet speed is reduced and the outlet water temperature is also lowered, which can fully extract the nutrients in the hydrosol.
  • When steaming wine, you can use the “fast mode” switch to quickly dispense the wine. After the wine is out, switch to the “slow mode” switch to continue distillation. When the alcohol content is lower than 30 degrees, switch to the “fast mode” to speed up the distillation.

Basic Operation

Step1: Place materials
Basic Operation

  • Insert your fingers into the three round holes on both sides, gently lift the distiller’s cover, open the pot, and put in water & materials. Remember that the water and materials should not be too full, and cover it when you are done

Step2: Power on

External 110v power supply

Connect to the power supply at the bottom of the machine

  • There is a plug on the left and right sides of the distiller, which are respectively connectedtothe 110v power supply and the bottom of the pot. The plug models at both ends are different, so don’t worry about plugging in the wrong one
    Basic Operation

Please do not connect the power cord at the bottom of pot directly to the 110Vpower cord, it will cause the machine not to work

Step3: Distillation settings

  • Set the “fast and slow” mode according to the needs of distillation, and set the distillation timeaccording to the amount of water in the pot.
    Step4: Clean up

  • After the distillation is over, unplug the power first, and then open the pot after half anhour to prevent the steam from burning your hands.

  • It is normal for U-shaped water spots to appear on the bottom of the pot. The sediment after purification of the water is attached to the vicinity of the heating plate and can be cleaned up.

  • Clean and dry in time after each use to prevent residual materials, especially acid andalkaline substances, from corroding the pot body.

  • If you distill the stronger smelling material, you can add 200ml of alcohol tothewater and just do distilled water to remove the smell.

How to Making Hydrosol

Method 1: Distilling Above Water (Use steamer tray)
Step 1. Pour 1500ml of water into the pot;
Step 2. Place the flowers on the steamer tray, and leave a hole in the tray as much as possible (refer to Figure 1) to prevent steam from clogging;

Step 3. Plug in the power cord;
Step 4. Press “slow mode” , rotate the timer to 120min, or press “ fast mode”, timing 60min;
Step 5. After about 30 minutes, the machine will start to make hydrosol. Please use a container under the output to take it.
Method 2: Distilling In Water(Not Use Tray)
Step 1. Pour 2000ml of water into the pot;
Step 2.About 1kg of flower material directly put into the water;
Step 3. Plug in the power cord;
Step 4. Press “slow mode” and rotate the timer to 180min, or press “fast mode” and timer to90min;
Step 5. After about 40 minutes, the machine will start to make hydrosol. Please use a container under the spout to take it.

How to Making Distilled Water
After receiving the machine, it is recommended to make distilled water once. The purpose is tosterilize the machine high-temperature steam sterilization, but also quickly familiar with theoperation of the machine, the first production of distilled water needs to be thrown away. Step 1. Pour 1500 ml of water into the pot.
Step 2. Plug in the power cord.
Step 3. Press “Quick Mode” and turn the timer to 60 minutes
Step 4. After about 15 minutes, the machine will start making distilled water. Please use the container to take it under the output port.

Proportion of Flower Materials

  • Ordinary dried flowers such as dried roses and dried lavender are 100 grams mixed with 1.5liters of water, which can make about 1000ml of hydrosol. The time can be set according to theamount of 1000ml water. Tap water can be used to make hydrosol.
  • The ratio of fresh flowers and water is basically 1:1 or 1:2. Put 1.5 liters of water in the bottomof a 500g flower pot, and you can make 800-1000ml of hydrosol.

Troubleshooting

Q1: The power is turned on, the fan is started normally, and no liquid has been discharged.
Solution: Check whether the power cord of the pot body is plugged into the distiller, and carefully touch the pot body(shell) with your hand to see if there is a temperature. If there is temperature, please continue to wait. If there is no temperature and the power supply has been plugged in, the fan is still running, and it will not be exposed for a long time. Please contact customer service.
Q2: Phenomena such as “liquid leaching” occur during distillation.
Solution: If the liquid is too full, or the air outlet may be blocked, please check the air outlet andcheck whether the sealing ring is twisted. If it is not blocked, please reduce the total amount of liquid in the pot.
Q3: During normal distillation, it is found that the steam from the pot mouth continuesto spout.
Solution: Refer to the Q2 first. If there is no problem, it may be that the silicone ring has agedand failed. Please replace the

Q4: The water output of the machine is small, which cannot reach the nominal water output of the machine
Solution : Check whether the fast and slow mode switch is turned on “slow mode”, adjust to”fast mode”
Q5: There is steam coming out of the water outlet
Solution: Generally, there will be no untimely heat dissipation. It may be because the roomtemperature is too high or the heat dissipation port is blocked. Try to use it belowthe roomtemperature of 30 ℃. Check whether the air intake and heat dissipation port are blocked, or temporarily adjust to “slow mode” use.
