Assembly Instructions:

1. Put the M10 gasket on the J-shaped steering rod and insert it into the corresponding hole at the bottom of the head.
2. Insert the J-shaped steering rod through the hole at the top of the head with the hook part facing down into the hole of the steering chassis.
3. Install the steering wheel on top of the J-shaped rod and secure it with a 5*35mm bolt and M5 nut.
4. Install two hooks on the forearms and secure them with 6*25mm bolts and M6 nuts.

General Warnings

• The product must be installed and used under the supervision of an adult.
• Read through each step carefully and follow the proper order.
• Remove all packaging, separate and count all parts and hardware.
• Please ensure that all parts are correctly installed, incorrect installation can lead to a danger.
• We recommend that, where possible, all items are assembled near the area in which they will be placed in use, to avoid moving the product unnecessarily once assembled.
• Ensure a secure surface during installation, and always place the product on a flat, steady and stable surface.
• Please use this product with caution. The use of this product requires superb skills to avoid accidents to the user or others due to a fall or collision.
• Please wear suitable protective equipment during use, e.g. protective helmet, gloves, knee pads, elbow pads etc.

WARNINGS:

1. Small Parts. Choking Hazard. Not suitable for children under 3.
2. Adult assembly required. Adult supervision recommended.
3. Do not use in/near traffic, steps, slopes, swimming pools and other bodies of water.
4. Used with caution since skill is required to avoid falls or collisions causing injury to the user or third parties.
5. Maximum user’s weight: 35 kg (77 lbs).
6. One rider only.
7. Always wear shoes and suitable protective equipment. Wearing a helmet when riding is recommended.
8. Before assembly, read this instruction booklet. Refer to the parts list to ensure that all parts have been included.
9. Before use, inspect the vehicle. Tighten any screws or bolts that could have become loose. Do not over tighten.
10. Use a damp cloth to clean. Do not leave it outdoors in poor weather conditions.
11. Keep all instructions and parts relating to this product for future reference.

Assembly

1. Put the steering chassis on the bottom of the vehicle head and turn right to the correct position.

2. Insert the 10*390MM axle through the steering chassis hole, then install the wheel and wheel cover on both sides, and then lock them with the M10 caps.

3. Put the M10 gasket on the J-shaped steering rod, and then insert the J-shaped steering rod into the corresponding hole at the bottom of the head, and through the hole at the top of the head.
   The hook part of the J-shaped rod faces down, stuck into the hole of the steering chassis.

4. Install the steering wheel on the top of the J-shaped rod, and lock it with 5*35MM bolt and M5 nut.

5. Put the vehicle cover into the body. Install the seat on the upper part, and lock it with 5*16MM self-tapping screws.

6. Insert the 8*290MM connecting rod through the hole below the steering wheel, and then install the handles (Note: the opening position of the handle should align with the protruding part of the connecting rod). As the two handles are tight, you can use a rubber mallet to knock to install.

7. Install the two hooks on the forearms, and secure them with 6*25MM bolts and M6 nuts.

8. Insert the 8250MM forearm connecting rod through the front hole on the head, then install the left forearm, and lock it with M8 nut. Attach 2 plastic connecting rods to left forearm, and then attach right forearm. Secure them by using 525MM self-tapping screws on both sides. And lock the right forearm with M8 nut.

9. Install the front bucket into the front end of the forearm, and secure it with 6*40MM bolts and M6 nuts.

10. Put the push rod through the hole at the upper end of the right forearm (round rod faces outward), and turn the handle into the end of the round rod. The other end of the push rod is fixed together with the front bucket. Secure them with 6*25MM bolts and M6 nuts.

11. Install the lifting hook, and secure it with 860MM bolt and M8 nut. Then install the hook cover, and use 416MM self-tapping screws to lock.

12. Install the rear bucket buckle on the rear of the body.

13. Clamp the lifting hook part into the hanging rod behind the body.

14. Insert the 10*390MM axle through the hole at the bottom of the rear bucket. Put 2 plastic parts on each side of the axle, and then install the wheel and wheel cover. Finally, secure them with M10 cap.

15. Align the guardrails with the holes on the left and right sides of the rear bucket and lock them with 5*16MM self-tapping screws.

16. Insert the rake and shovel respectively into the hole at the front end of the rear bucket.

17. Align the hole of the rear bucket with the hole of the lifting hook part, and then insert the fixing piece.
