- Preparing the Unit
- a. Lift up the lid on the unit.
- b. Fill with ice then water ensuring water level is no lower than the minimum water line and does not exceed the maximum water fill line.
- c. Close the lid on the unit, lock it in place.
- Connecting the Unit
- a. Push down the two metal tabs on the insulation tube.
- b. Align the metal tabs on the insulation tube with the connectors on the cold therapy pad.
- c. Attach the cold therapy pad to the insulation tube by pushing the connectors together until the metal tabs pop up.
- Operating the Unit
- a. Plug in the power cord into the socket.
- b. Long press the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn the unit on. The screen will light up after the “ding” sound.
- c. Press the time setting button to set time.
- d. Press the flow setting button to set flow level.
- e. Wear the cold therapy pad.
- f. Press the Power Button again to operate.

- b. Disconnect the cold therapy pad and insulation tubes by pressing down on the two metal tabs and pulling apart.

Usage Tips
- Use cubed or crushed ice for optimal performance. You may choose to use small frozen water bottles;
- When using the unit, it is recommended to drain the detachable cold therapy pad between uses.
*To do so, hold the cold therapy pad up right with the hose pointed towards the ground and depress the white plunger and allow the water to drain out of the pad. - You may disconnect the cold therapy pad from the unit without removing the pad from the affected area by depressing the silver tabs on the hose coupling and gently pull the hoses apart. The cold therapy pad and unit will seal themselves and will not leak.
*Some dripping during release is normal. - Do not pump without water. The pump in the unit is designed to run with water. Running the unit without water will cause permanent damage to the pump.
- Unplug unit before removing lid.

Use only according to your practitioner’s instructions
Follow their instructions regarding the frequency and duration of cold application and breaks, proper temperature, how and when to inspect the skin, and total length of treatment. Federal law restricts this unit to sale by or on the order of a licensed health care practitioner. -
Apply the RLXLOKY Universal Pad
Place the plastic channeled side towards the skin. Do not wrap pad so tightly as to restrict normal circulation, as this can cause injury. -
Connect the RLXLOKY Universal Pad
Connect pad couplings to the RLXLOKY unit couplings. -
Follow the RLXLOKY Universal Operating Instructions and Product Insert
Located inside the pouch; both are attached to the unit. -
Inspect the skin
Look under the RLXLOKY Universal Pad (by lifting the edge) as prescribed, typically every 1 to 2 hours. Do not use the RLXLOKY if dressing, wrapping, bracing, or casting over the RLXLOKY Universal Pad prevents skin checks. Stop using and contact your practitioner immediately if you experience any adverse reactions, such as: increased pain, burning, increased swelling, itching, blisters, increased redness, discoloration, welts, other changes in skin appearance, or any other reaction identified by your practitioner. -
To end cold therapy
Disconnect electrical power and press the two metal tabs on the hose coupling and gently pull apart or remove the RLXLOKY Universal Pad from your body.

The RLXLOKY Universal Pad can be cold enough to seriously injure the skin.
Universal Pad is non-sterile and for singe patient use only. Do not attempt to
sterilize the Pad. Follow these instructions and the Operating instructions
and product inserts provided with RLXLOKY Universal continuous flow cold
