INSTRUCTIONS
For 3/4″(19mm) to 1-3/4″(45mm) Panels weighing up to 40 lbs. (18 kgs) each

Mount track 3/4″ (19mm) from the front edge of the head jamb.
Mount hinges on the back of the door. Lay panels face down on a flat surface
.
Fasten pivot plates to the top and bottom of doors as shown
Mark the location of the Bottom pivot bracket on the jamb. Fasten in place
with one ST4.2 X 25 flat head screw.
Hang doors: Make sure the Track pivot lock is in the unlocked position

- (A) Fold doors and insert the Door hanger plate into the track groove. Place the Top pivot into the receptor of the Track pivot lock.
- (8) When firmly seated, slide the tab lock toward the pin. The door now should be hanging from the Toip pivot.
- (C) Depress the Bottom pivot bracket socket arm and insert the Bottom pivot. If no vertical adjustment is needed, secure the Bottom pivot bracket with other 2 screws. Use a wrench for horizontal adjustment of the Top pivot lock and Bottom pivot bracket.
Mount knob
Mount aligner on back side of lead doors(4 door sets only).
Adjust the Track stop Close doors, and slide the Track stop until it
touches the Door hanger plate. Open doors, move the Track stop 1/8″ (3mm)
closer to the Door hanger plate and tighten, Doors should “snap” shut yet open
easily by a slight pull on the knob.
