HW80544 Soap Injection Hose Installation
Read Before Operator’s Manual
HW80544 Pressure Washer
Use the following instructions to install the soap injection hose included in your HW80544 pressure washer packaging.
WARNING:
Make sure the pressure washer is not filled with gas or oil before installing
the soap injection hose. When filled with gas or oil, the pressure washer is
not meant to be set in any position other than upright.
WARNING:
This tool is heavy. To avoid back injury, lift with your legs, not your back,
and get help when needed.
INSTALLING THE SOAP INJECTION HOSE
See Figures 1 – 2.

Follow instructions in Assembly section of HW80544 Pressure Washer Operator’s Manual to install wheels and handle.

Lay the unit on its back to access the bottom of the soap tank.

Connect one end of the injection hose to the hose barb on the bottom of the soap tank by completely pushing the hose onto the barb.
NOTE: Make sure the hose is securely connected to the barb. -
Return the pressure washer to its upright position.

Run the hose under the pressure washer and connect the other end of the hose to the hose barb on the pump outlet by completely pushing the hose onto the barb.
NOTE: Make sure hose is securely connected to the barb.
