COMPONENTS AND HOW TO USE THE TOY:

The package includes the game panel and nine hexagonal cards. This product was created to help children hone their ability to pay attention and to teach them how to position items in order at the right time, noting causal relationships through sequences presented as stories about the world of bees.
Modes of play:

  1. Learn about the item: press one of the nine hexagonal buttons (Fig. 1) to hear the defini-tion for the item in the picture and listen to a related sound;chicco Discovering the Baby Bee Hive 1
  2. Follow the sequence: when you press on the beehive button (Fig. 2), the product tells a sequential story about the world of bees. Every time one of the nine items is mentioned the hexagonal button for that item lights up and the child has to press the button for the story to continue. Every time one of the buttons is pressed, the product emits a sound indicating whether the correct button was pressed. This leads the child to focus attention on the story. After the story ends, a new sequence will play automatically.chicco Discovering the Baby Bee Hive 2
  3. Complete the sequence: when the beehive button is pressed (Fig. 2), the product asks the child to repeat one of the sequences learned in mode 2. To help, the product will switch on the lights for all the items in the given sequence. First, recreate the sequence with the hexagonal cards to help the child see a visual reconstruction of the whole sequence; af-terwards, as the buttons are pressed in the correct order, the child will hear the name and sound for each item represented. Every time one of the buttons is pressed, the product emits a sound indicating whether the correct button was pressed and, therefore, recog-nizes when the entire sequence has been reproduced correctly.
To select the language for the product, press the globe-shaped button and hold for 3 sec-onds (Fig. 3).chicco Discovering the Baby Bee Hive
