Product Usage Instructions

Charging Your Device

  1. Before using the power bank for the first time, fully charge it until all 4 status LEDs are illuminated.
  2. Connect the supplied USB-C cable or your device’s cable to the power bank’s USB port and your device.
  3. Begin charging your device.

Checking Power Bank Battery Status:

Momentarily press the button on the power bank to check the charge level:

  • 1 LED : < 25%
  • 2 LEDs : < 50%
  • 3 LEDs : < 75%
  • 4 LEDs : < 100%

Recharging Your Power Bank:

  1. Use the supplied USB cable to connect the USB-C port of the power bank to a USB wall charging adapter.
  2. While recharging, all LEDs will be ON. If any LEDs are flashing, charging is not complete.
  3. Once fully charged, all LEDs will be illuminated.

Wireless Charging:

This wireless charger can charge smartphones with non-metal protective cases or silicone covers up to 6mm thick.

  • Q: What should I do if the power bank is not charging my device?

Charging your device using your power bank:

IMPORTANT: Before using your power bank for the first time, fully charge it (when powered on, all 4 status LEDs are illuminated). Connect the supplied USB-C cable (or the cable that came with your device) to the power bank’s USB port and to your device. Then begin charging.
Use a built-in Type-C cable or Lightning cable to your device. Then begin charging. During charging of your device, the four indicators will shut off one by one as your device receives power, when the power bank is low in power, the first LED indicator bar will flash and go out automatically until all the power is used up. Checking your power bank battery’s charging status

Momentarily press the button on your power bank and the status LEDs will indicate its charge level. Four LEDs mean that the power bank battery is fully charged, while one LED means that it’s almost empty. Know before you go!

  • 1 LED < 25%
  • 2 LEDs < 50%
  • 3 LEDS < 75%
  • 4 LEDs < 100%

If you see no LEDS or 1 flashing LED, the battery status is less than 10%. Please recharge the power bank.

Recharging your power bank

To recharge your power bank, use the supplied USB cable to connect its USB-C port to a USB wall charging adapter. While recharging the power bank, all LEDs are ON. If there are one or more LEDs flashing, the charging is not completed. Once the power bank is fully charged, all LEDs are illuminated.

The green LED indicator will light up once the unit enters fast charging mode.
NOTE : For best results, do not connect the power bank to a computer’s USB port.
We recommend using a wall charging adapter that supports fast charging protocols such as QC or PD.|

Wireless charging

  • Press and release the button, place your smartphone that supports wireless charging on the magnetic charger surface, and the unit enters wireless charging mode.
  • The green LED indicator will light up once the unit enters fast charging mode.
  • To stop the wireless charging function, press the button twice quickly or simply remove the smartphone.

It will automatically turn off if no load is detected within 30 seconds.
This wireless charger can charge smartphones with non-metal protective cases or silicone covers that are no thicker than 6mm. Security advice:

  •  Incorrect usage can cause explosions/danger of chemical burns.
  • Damaged batteries can cause chemical burns when they come in contact with human skin.
  • Do not disassemble the item.
  • Never throw the item or parts of it into fire.
  • Never expose the item to high temperature changes Hot/Cold, humidity, or liquids.
  • Do not use if the items or parts of it are damaged.
  • Store in a clean and dry space.
  • To maintain battery good health, the item should be recharged every 6 months. The battery will lose capacity when stored without charging.
  • If the product gets very hot, please disconnect the item and do not use it.
  • Do not put any bare metal objects on the surface of the wireless charger when it is operating.
