EDGE10 Slicer

The EDGE10 Slicer is a medium-duty manual slicer that is NSF rated. It features a 10-inch diameter chrome-plated carbon steel knife and a Poly-V belt drive system. The slicer has a removable carriage system, a top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener, and a permanently mounted ring guard. It is equipped with a 1/3 HP motor, 1 speed, and a no-volt release. The base is constructed from sanitary anodized aluminum for easy cleanup.

Product Usage Instructions

To use the EDGE10 Slicer, follow these steps:

  1. Ensure the slicer is placed on a stable and level surface.
  2. Plug the attached 6-foot, flexible 3-wire cord into a grounded receptacle.
  3. Turn on the slicer by pressing the START button.
  4. Adjust the slice thickness using the precision system. Turn the index knob to achieve the desired thickness, ranging from tissue-thin slices to 9/16 inches or 14mm.
  5. Place the food to be sliced on the carriage, ensuring it fits within the cutting capacity of 8.0 inches wide by 6.0 inches high or 7.0 inches in diameter.
  6. Hold the removable meat grip with the contoured handle to secure the food in place.
  7. Manually move the carriage along the slicer for slicing. The carriage has 11.5 inches of manual travel.
  8. After slicing, turn off the slicer by pressing the STOP button.
  9. Clean the slicer thoroughly after each use. Remove the removable carriage system and product deflector for easy access.
    Use mild detergent and warm water for cleaning. The anodized aluminum parts can be wiped clean, and the ceramic stone sharpener is removable and submersible for cleaning and sanitation.
