Product Usage Instructions
Getting Started
To begin using the battery charger, follow these steps:
Battery Charging
When charging the battery, you can use either the USB cable or the docking
station.
Using the USB Cable
- Attach the USB Cable to the Adapter.
- Connect the other end of the USB Cable to the Battery.
- Plug the Adapter into a power source.
Using the Docking Station
- Attach the USB cord to the Adapter.
- Plug the Adapter into a power source.
- Turn the Battery upside down and slide it onto the dock.
- Press down until the latch snaps into place.
- Upon initial plugging in, Battery LEDs will alternate for a few seconds for self-diagnostic.
- After the diagnostic, charging will start with a single LED flashing.
- LEDs will become solid as charging progresses. When fully charged, all LEDs will remain solid for 1 hour.
If the Battery is too warm or too cold to charge, allow it to stabilize to room temperature before attempting to charge again. Contact customer service if issues persist.

GETTING STARTED
BATTERY CHARGING
USING THE USB CABLE (IF APPLICABLE)
- Attach the USB Cable to the Adapter. Connect the other end of the USB Cable to the Battery.
- Plug the Adapter into a power source.
NOTE:
Do not place the charger in an area of extreme heat or cold. The Battery works
best at room temperature.
USING THE DOCKING STATION
- Attach the USB cord to the Adapter.
- Plug the Adapter into a power source.
- Turn the Battery upside down and slide the Battery onto the dock.
- Press down and the latch will snap into place.
- Upon initially plugging the Battery into the charger, the Battery LEDs will alternate for a few seconds as it performs a self-diagnostic of the Battery status.
- After the diagnostic is complete, the Battery will begin charging with a single LED flashing. LEDs will become solid in colour as charging progresses. When Battery is fully charged, all LEDs will become solid and remain ON for 1 hour.
NOTE:
- If the initial alternating light pattern continues for more than 10 seconds, the Battery may be too warm or too cold to charge. Unplug the Battery allow it to stabilize to a normal room temperature and try charging again. If the Battery still does not charge after this, unplug the Battery and contact customer service.
- Do not place the charger in an area of extreme heat or cold. The Battery works best at room temperature.
