Charging
- Remove the protective film from the earbuds when using for the first time.
- Fully charge both earbuds and the charging case before the first-time using.
- To prevent damage, use the provided USB-C cable.
- Fully dry off the earbuds and the USB port before charging!!!
Charging Case Indicator
If the charging case has totally run out of battery, it will enter into deep- sleep status, and will not light up until keep charging for 20 mins to activate the charging case.
The earbuds indicator will automatically turn off when the earbuds fully charged.
How to fit?
- Identify the left and right earbuds
- Rotate the earbuds and ajust to find the best angle
- Make sure the ear tip seals in the ear canal
Badly sealed ear canal reduces the effect of passive soundproofing and can degrade sound.
Power On / Power Off
- Both earbuds will automatically turn on when take them out from charging case (The LEDs flash red and blue).
- Put the earbuds back to the charging case, earbuds will automatically turn off.
| • In the shutdown status and when the earbuds are not in the charging case.
Simultaneously press and hold
the MFB of both earbuds for 3 seconds to power on (with the blue LED lights
flashing).

the earbuds are not in the charging case. Pause music first, press and hold
the MFB of both earbuds for 5
seconds to turn them off (with the red LED lights flashing for three times).
Pairing your earbuds
- Both earbuds will automatically turn on and enter into pairing mode after take them out from charge case
Note:
The earbuds will automatically connect with the device their last paired with
when earbuds are power on.
Function
“Volume UP/Down
Volume -: Long press Left earbud.
Volume +:Long press Right earbud.
Answer / hang up a call
Press either earbud once.
Reject a call
Double press MFB button when there is an incoming call.
“Voice-Assistant
Stop playing music first, Press either earbud 3 times.
Play / Pause
Press either earbud once
Next Track
double press Right earbud
Previous Track
double press Left earbud
Heaphone reset
If you fail to build connection between two earbuds, or between two earbuds
and your phone, please try the follow steps:
Step 1: Delete the old connection on your device.
Step 2: Power on both earbuds, quick click Left or Right earbuds 5 times
when they are in pairing mode.
Step 3: Turn on your smart devices and select Intezze CORE to confirm
pairing.

Caution

To enable connection of the charging pins, you must first remove the protective film from the pins on the earbuds.

Fully charge the case together with the earbuds prior to first use.

If you are not using the earbuds for an extended time, keep charging the earbuds and case regularly, to avoid damaging the batteries (shortening their lifespan).

Keep the volume at the lowest possible level.
Listening at loud volumes for an extended time may damage your hearing irreversibly! -
Children must be supervised by an adult when using the earbuds. Risk of swallowing small parts.

Clean using a slightly damp cloth only.

Do not use the earbuds outside their supported temperature range of -15°C to +50°C.

Do not charge the case or earbuds in places with a temperature below 0°C.

Do not expose the earbuds or case to direct sunlight for extended periods.

Never disassemble or otherwise try to repair the earbuds.

Keep the mesh on both earbuds clean to avoid sound quality degradation.

Put the headphones in the case dry !!!
Warranty conditions
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Damage caused by unauthorised tampering with the device.
- Filters clogged by earwax (may not be immediately visible) or otherwise needing cleaning. Cleaning must be done by an authorised service and a fee is charged.
- Earbuds with their duct filters removed.
- Physical damage to the earbuds caused by a fall or impact.
- Damage caused by force majeure.
