Lite Fires Place
IMPORTANT
WARNING: DC SUPPLY 12V
- IMPORTANT: Each log must be wired in the correct order and direction or a failure will occur. Disconnect the fire from the mains power supply until installation is complete.
IMPORTANT
All E-FX Lite Fires come with the log set pre installed, but replacement
part numbers are available for any parts needed.

E-FX LOG INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT
Each log must be wired in the correct order and direction or a failure will
occur. Refer to the instructions before undertaking installation of the logs.
Disconnect the fire from the mains power supply until installation is
complete.
01 – PLACE THE LOGS
Starting at the right hand side, place the logs in the positions shown printed
on the fuel bed. The logs have numbers on that tell you where to put them. See
Page 12 for the layout for your fire.
02 – CONNECT THE LOGS
Starting at the right hand side again, plug Log 1 into the connector marked A
on the fuel bed.
IMPORTANT
Make sure that the connectors are fitted securely and fully engaged. Poor
connections lead to faults.
03 – CONNECT THE LOGS
Connect the logs together using the wires. You can only plug them in one way.
Work your way from right to left, making sure all connections are tight and
secure. 
04 – CONNECT THE
FUEL BED
Connect the far left log to connector B. This completes the log wiring. 
05 – HIDE THE CONNECTORS
Now everything is connected, make sure all the wires are hidden behind or
underneath the logs, making sure you can not see them. 06 – ADD THE LIGHT EMBERS
Printed on the fuel bed are outlines showing where the different types of aggregate go. Starting with the clear glass, place the crushed glass onto the fuel bed.
07 – ADD THE DARK
EMBERS
To make your fire look even more realistic, place the black glass on top of the clear glass. Use about 25% black glass to 75% clear glass so you still get lots of light from your fuel bed. 08 – ADD THE ASHES
Using the bag called vermiculite, sprinkle the ashes over the fuel bed where there is empty space. Make sure any free space is covered by the ashes.
09 – THE FINISHING TOUCH
Finally, using the bag labelled grey chips, scatter the chips across the fuel bed, so that it creates the effect of burnt wood, putting the final touch on your fuel bed.
