This appliance may be used by children from the age of 8 years and over and by persons with limited physical, sensory or mental abilities or by persons without experience and knowledge, provided that they use it under supervision or have been instructed concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the risks involved.

CONTROL PANEL
BEFORE FIRST USE
- Read all instructions carefully and keep them for future reference.
- Remove all packaging materials and keep out of reach of children.
- After removing all packaging materials, check the appliance for possible damage. In case of damage or visible problem, do not install the appliance and contact the store you bought it from.
- Check that the mains voltage you will use matches the operating voltage of the appliance and that they are in correspondence.
- Make sure the appliance will only be plugged into a grounded and properly installed outlet.
- Place the appliance on a flat and heat-resistant surface and away from flammable objects. Always keep away from children.
- Keep a distance of at least 10-20cm around all sides and 30cm from the top of the microwave oven to allow for adequate air circulation during use. The distance of the microwave oven from the ground should be over 85 cm.
- It is recommended to clean the appliance as described in the “CLEANING” section.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONTAINERS
It is necessary to choose a suitable and safe container for use in a microwave oven. Using unsuitable containers may cause damage to them and the microwave oven, while it may also endanger your health. Refer to the following indicative table for the correct choice of container:
CAUTION: Always remove the lid from the container when using it to heat food in the microwave.
WARNING: In any case, to be informed about the suitability of the container for use in a microwave oven you must always check the manufacturer’s instructions. Containers approved for use in a microwave oven must bear the microwave-safe mark.
OPERATION OF THE APPLIANCE

Make sure the rotary timer switch is in the “0” position, then plug the appliance into a properly installed and grounded outlet. Make sure your mains voltage is the same as the voltage on the appliance’s rating label.

Place the food in a microwave-safe dish.
-
Open the appliance door and place the food on the glass turntable. Then close the microwave door again.
CAUTION:- Do not place food inside the appliance without placing it in a microwave-safe dish or container.
- Do not use plastic containers or other similar materials in the microwave oven. There is a possibility that they will melt. Risk of fire!
- Do not use paper bags in the microwave oven. Risk of fire!
- Always remove the lid before heating foods in sealed bottles or containers.
- Do not operate the microwave oven without food placed inside the appliance, as this may damage the appliance.

Move the temperature rotary switch to one of the following temperature levels:
- ” Low” setting: Low temperature (power output: 17%)
- ” setting: Defrost mode (power output: 30%)
- ” Med” setting: Medium temperature (power output: 55%)
- “M.High” setting: Medium-high temperature (power output: 80%)
- “High” setting: High temperature (power output: 100%)

Select the duration of time for heating the food by turning the timer clockwise to the desired position. The microwave oven will automatically turn on.

NOTE: The temperature, weight and shape of the food greatly affects the time required to heat it. Adjust the cooking time accordingly.

Select the heating duration of the food by turning the rotary timer switch clockwise to the preferred position. The microwave oven will automatically begin operation.

To stop the oven before the end of the set time, turn the timer counter-clockwise until it reaches the “O” mark a?d an audible alarm is heard.
NOTE : If you need to turn or do anything else with the food while the microwave is in operation, open the door and the process will stop. When finished, close the door again and the heating process will continue from where it left off. -
Open the microwave oven door and remove the container with the food.
CAUTION : Always wear protective kitchen gloves when using the microwave oven. The appliance develops high temperatures during operation and the container may become very hot. Risk of burns! -
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.
DEFROST FUNCTION
NOTE : For the defrost function, consult the following indicative table
of weight correspondence with the required defrost time:
NOTE : The medium to high temperature, combined with a longer heating
time, is ideal for reheating cooked foods that have more volume and need more
time to heat evenly inside and out.

Make sure rotary switched is turned to the “0” position.

Place the food to be defrosted in a microwave-safe container.
-
Open the microwave door and place the container with the food to be defrosted on the glass turntable.
-
Close the microwave door.
-
Turn the rotary temperature switch clockwise and select the “ ” (defrost) function.
-
Select the time duration for defrosting the food by turning the timer clockwise. The temperature, weight and shape of the food greatly affects its defrosting time. Consult the table below to adjust the defrosting time:

Once defrosting is complete, an audible alert will sound.

Open the microwave oven door and remove the container with the food.
CAUTION : Always wear protective kitchen gloves when using the microwave oven. The device develops high temperatures during operation. Risk of burns! -
Disconnect the device from the power supply.
CLEANING

Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance and all its parts have cooled down completely.

Make sure the rotary timer is in the “O” position and disconnect the power cord.

Clean the body of the appliance and the control panel with a soft, damp cloth.
CAUTION : Be careful not to get water inside the air ducts.
WARNING : Never immerse the appliance in water. Risk of electric shock!
CAUTION : The appliance must not be cleaned with a steam cleaner. -
Remove the rotating ring and glass turntable from the appliance and clean both parts with warm water and household detergent.
WARNING : The glass turntable must be cold when removed from the microwave oven. Risk of injury and burns!
CAUTION : Do not place the glass turntable in water immediately after use, as this may create cracks on the turntable. -
Clean the inside of the oven with a soft, damp cloth and dry completely.

Clean the glass viewing window with a damp cloth and dry with a towel or paper.
CAUTION : Do not tamper with the microwave door latches during cleaning. -
Always keep the microwave’s interior clean and remove food residues immediately for easier removal. When liquid is spilled or the interior walls become dirty with splashes from heating food, wipe with a damp cjpth.
CAUTION : Accumulated grease must be cleaned regularly, as the high temperatures that develop inside the appliance can overheat the microwave and cause a fire. -
Avoid using abrasives or other sharp objects for cleaning.

Do not use a wire brush or reinforced cleaners.
-
If steam accumulates on the microwave door, wipe with a soft cloth. Steam may appear when the microwave oven is operating in an environment with a high percentage of humidity and is not an indication that ypur appliance is not working properly.
NOTE : During the use of the appliance, water vapor is generated. This does not affect the bottom part of the microwave’s interior and the rotating ring wheels.
NOTE : To remove unwanted microwave odors, place a cup of water with juice and the peel of a lemon in a microwave-safe bowl. Operate the oven for 5 minutes. Once the process is complete, thoroughly wipe and dry the inside of the oven with a soft cloth.
STORAGE
- Always unplug the power cord before storing the appliance.
- Make sure the appliance has cooled down and/or dried completely before storing.
- Always store the appliance out of the reach of children.
- Always store the appliance in a safe and clean place. To best protect the appliance, store it in its original packaging.
BEFORE CONTACTING THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE
If the microwave oven does not work:
- Check that the appliance is correctly and securely connected to the mains. If the appliance is connected but does not work, unplug the appliance, wait for 10 seconds and connect the appliance to the mains again.
- Check if the electrical fuse has been blown out or if there is a short circuit in the electrical installation of your home. Try connecting another device to the same power supply to see if there is a problem.
- Make sure that the microwave door is firmly closed.
- Check that the Timer is adjusted.
If the problem persists, contact an authorized service center for repair, contact the store you purchased the appliance from and do not use the appliance under any circumstances.
CAUTION : To avoid the risk of electric shock, do not attempt to repair the appliance by yourself.
