01 – Charging

Please fully charge the charging case and earbuds before initial use.

Note: When charging, please use a 5V/1A power adapter at least.

02 – Earbud Wear & Adjustment

03 – Powering On/Off

• To Power On: Open lid to turn on earbuds.
• To Power Off: Place earbuds in case and close the lid to turn off.

04 – Pairing

Open lid to allow earbuds to enter pairing mode, then connect to “UGREEN HiTune H5”.

Note: Earbuds will automatically enter hibernation mode if the pairing is not completed within 5 mins.

To exit this mode, please put the earbuds into the charging case, close the cover, and then take out the earbuds to connect to your device.

05 – Force Pairing

If you can not find the “UGREEN HiTune H5” from your Bluetooth list, please open the lid (with earbuds inside), press and hold the reset button for 3s until the white indicator of the charging case flashes quickly.

06 – Factory Reset

Open the case (with earbuds inside), then press and hold the reset button for 10s.
Successful resets will indicate all paired information has been removed after the white indicator on the charging case breathes for 2s and then goes out.

07 – Control

Next track: press and hold R-earbud for 1s Previous track: press and hold L-earbud for 1s

Play/Pause: double-tap on L/R earbud

Activating voice assistant: triple-tap on L-earbud Switch to gaming mode: triple-tap on R-earbud
