INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

Aerospace, transportation, and industrial environments can present a lot of challenges for toggle switches. Hazardous locations. Harsh environments. Demanding electrical specifications to meet country-specific regulations. So they need to meet all these considerations, as well as being durable, reliable, accurate, and cost-appropriate.

Our MICRO SWITCH toggle switches are workhorses. They are available in configurations to meet nearly any design requirement, including military specs. They meet a variety of electrial and load requirements, including multi-pole alternatives, various housing and sealing options, and 2- or 3-position momentary/maintained action to meet circuitry requirements.

From standard to miniature sizes that save space and weight, Honeywell offers a variety of terminations, circuitries, and lever options for a number of applications. In addition, we have engineered optional lever locks (pull-to- unlock) that require two separate actions to actuate.

In addition to standard switching toggles, Honeywell is the only manufacturer with an uniquely designed integral solenoid switch that provides electrically maintained switch contacts (magnetic latching) for circuit requirements.

So when you need a toggle switch, investigate further to see what Honeywell can offer. We’ve been an industry leader in switches for aerospace, defense, transportations, and manufacturing, providing devices with proven, unmatched value for increased accuracy and durability that can enhance output, endurance, and safety.

CRITICAL & CAPABLE EXCELLING IN HARSHENVIRONMENTS

When selecting a toggle switch, users might be tempted to think it’s “just a toggle switch.” Flip the lever to change the state. Simple. But while they’re not especially complicated, there are several considerations to take into account to get years of reliable performance from your switch.

With literally hundreds of variations in sealing, circuitry options, housings, sizes, and more, Honeywell has toggles well suited for your application. Contact us to today to put our toggle switch expertise to work for you.
