Installation Steps

1. Assemble two short boards and one longboard, then connect them with screws.
2. Insert the bottom board into the assembled boards.
3. Attach six handles and covers to the bars, ensuring they are tightened.
4. Screw the handles securely.
5. Slide washers and rubber bumpers onto athlete bars.
6. Install the bars with athletes into the holes of the longboard.
7. Insert the last long board and screw it into place.
8. Fix the marker parts and ensure balance by tightening all nuts.

1. Assemble two short boards and one long board, then connected by screws.
2. Insert the bottom board into the assembled boards of step1.
3. Slide one E6 washer with the flat side toward the athlete onto each end of the T1, T2, T3, and T4 athlete bars. Repeat this step with E5 rubber bumper. Push the rubber bumper and washer snugly against each outside athlete.

5. Insert the last longboard right to the position of the bars, then screw it.
6. Insert six handles and six covers into the bars, and make sure that all the handles are tightened.
7. Insert six screws into the handles and screw it.
8. Fix the parts of the marker.
9. Install two markers into each end side.
10. Install two markers into each end side.
11. Make sure the table is balanceable and use the tool to screw all nuts.
