COMPATIBILITY

Wireless Charging Compatible models: All Qi-enable phone and devices. Magnetic charging mode: iPhone 12/13 Pro MAX. Other mobile phones use magnetic charging, please use a magnetic protective case. If your device does not support QI Standards, you need additional wireless receivers for charger.

PLEASE NOTE

  1. Generally, the full charge of the mobile phone is 3-4 hours. Please remove the mobile phone immediately after the mobile phone is full to avoid overheating. Please do not charge the phone continuously for days!
  2. Please try to align the phone with the surface dots to improve the charging efficiency. If the charge is unstable or not charging, adjust the phone position.
  3. If the phone case is too thick, please remove the case to increase the charging efficiency.
  4. It’s normal for your device to get slightly warm during the inductive charging. It has an overheating protection functi on inbuilt.
  5. Do not place metal objects, magnetic cards, and metal phone cases on the charging pad, as this may cause damage or the charger may not work. Compatible with most kinds of phone cover cases, including rubber cases. hybrid cases, plastic/TPU/PC cases ect.
  6. Do not place the charger closely to the magnetic stripes or chip cards (ID cards. bank cards) to avoid magn etic failure.
  7. Make sure that the pad doesn’t get too hot. If it does, take your phone away from the pad, and switch the charger off; when the plate has cooled down try charging again.

FAQ AND SOLUTION

  1. Why does the blue light keeps on and my phone does not receive any charge?

    • Please make sure your mobile device is Qi-standard supported.
    • Make sure you find the right charging position.
    • Make sure you use an AC adapter with not less than 1A output.
  2. Why does it charge slower than my usual charging adapter that Same with the phone?
    It depends on the receiver in your phone. The let-through current of bulit-in coil of the phone or external receiver coils are different. Please bring the wireless charging area of the your device to the center of the wireless charger, It will be more efficient.

  3. Is radiation from wireless charging harmful to one’s health?
    The wireless charger emits non-ionizing radiation which is not harmful to humans.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Do not disassemble the device or throw it into the fire or water, to avoid causing a short circuit.
  2. Do not use wireless charger in severely hot, humid or corrosive environments. to avoid circuit damage
  3. Please keep the distance at least 20cm between implantable medical devices (pacemakers, implantable cochlear, etc.) and the wireless charger, to avoid potential interference with the medical device.
  4. Please keep wireless charger away from children in order to avoid unnecessary accidents.

ATTENTION PLEASE

For your information some model of phones can be charged through wireless charger up to 70%-80%, because phone manufacturers put special fuses for wireless charging mode. In this case please take it off for a while, and put it back on again, then it’ll charge the remaining amount.

The manufacturer accepts no responsibility and the guarantee will not apply in the following conditions:

  1. Improper work of the wireless charger due to the user’s fault.
  2. Manual disassembly of the device.
  3. Improper device repair in unauthorized services.
  4. Damage caused by the actions of the user.
  5. Malfunctions caused by reasons beyond the control of the manufacturer such as power supply fluctuations, natural phenomena and natural disasters, fires, water-flood, interference with foreign objects or liquids in the device.
  6. Inappropriate use of the appliance in any unforeseen way.
