DOWNLOAD ESIM

DOWNLOAD A NEW ESIM

1. Open service 1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Go settings>esim management>Manage your esim profiles

2. Scan QR code 1. Scan Download
   2. Scan the QRcode card

3. Active 1. Esim number be Enable

4. Go on Internet 1. Open setting>SIM card&mobile data>mobile network>Open mobile data>Roaming>set ANP
   2. Test Internet

Caution：

• This eSIM should be installed by QR code scanning within 60 days upon purchase date. If not installed within 60 days, it will be automatically terminated。
• eSIM can be installed only one time. Do not delete your eSIM after installation on your device (New QR Code will not be provided if you delete the initial eSIM)。
• eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install。

BUY ESIM

BUY THE NEW ESIM

1. Open DOOGEE Esim APP 1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Open DOOGEE Esim APP

2. Buy eSIM products 1. Select eSIM traffic products

3. Pay 1. Click the PAY button to complete the payment

4. Activate

1. Activate QRcode
2. Open setting>SIM card&mobile data>mobile network>Open mobile data>Roaming>set ANP 2. Test Internet

Caution：

• This eSIM should be installed by QR code scanning within 60 days upon purchase date. If not installed within 60 days, it will be automatically terminated。
• If eSIM is already activated on your device, cancellation or refund is not available。
• eSIM can be installed only one time. Do not delete your eSIM after installation on your device (New QR Code will not be provided if you delete the initial eSIM)。
• eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install。
• You can install up to 3 eSIMs. To continue, you need to delete the disabled eSIMs

ESIM SWITCH
SWITCH ESIM NUMBERS

1. Open service 1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Go settings>esim management>Manage your esim profiles

2. Select Disabled Esim 1. Click LUI

3. Active 1. Select the disabled eSIM,click Enable button

4. Go on Internet

1. Open setting>SIM card&mobile data>mobile network>Open mobile data>Roaming>set ANP
2. Test Internet

Caution：

• The new eSIM is automatically enabled. If you need to use other eSIM numbers, you need to manually switch the eSIM。
• Only one eSIM number can be Enable at the same time。
• To enable the new eSIM, you need to confirm to open data, roam, and set APN sites before using the Internet function。

ESIM TOP UP

1. Open DOOGEE Esim APP 1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Open DOOGEE Esim APP

2. Top Up 1. Click My eSIMs
   2. effective eSIM plans>Top up>Pay
   3. Expired eSIM plans>Top up>Pay

3. Pay 1. Click the PAY button to complete the payment

4. Complete

1. View My eSIMs>Filp
2. Top up complete

Caution：

• The topup function only supports newly purchased eSIMs。

DELETE ESIM
DELETE THE ESIM

1. Open service 1. Confirm you have a good network/WiFi connecting
   2. Go settings>esim management>Manage your esim profiles

2. Select delete esim 1. Click LUI

3. Delete 1. Seletc esim>Delete

4. Complete 1. ESIM is not displayed

Caution：

• eSIM cannot be extended if you delete the eSIM from your device. You need to buy new eSIM plan and install。
