HOW TO SCHEDULE A PUROLATOR PICKUP FOR YOUR USED NESPRESSO CAPSULES?
- Here are the easy steps to follow in order to get your small Nespresso recycling boxes* picked up by Purolator.
- please make sure your box actually has a Purolator label on it
- You have 2 options to organize a pickup: as a Registered client with your Locator number OR as a Guest.
- Please note that this service is free to the Nespresso Professional customers regardless the option you will choose.
OPTION 1-ASA REGISTERED CUSTOMER
Q1 REGISTRATION CALL (FIRST CALL)
You will need to call at 1888 744-7123 to get registered to the service.
Please ensure to have the following information at hand (this will only be
needed for your first call with Purolator).
- Company Name
- Company Full address
- Delivery instructions
- Main contact phone number
- Hours of operations (to align best pick-up time)
Purolator will give you your 4-digits Locator number, please ensure to keep it for your future interactions with them.
ALL FUTURE PICK-UPS AFTER REGISTRATION
- With your locator number, you will then be able to organize your pickup by phone at 1888 744-7123 or by Chat on Purolator website directly.
- You will just need to provide your 4-digits Locator number that you got during your registration or your Main phone number.
- Make sure to have the 11-digits tracking number you will find on the right side of your box label.
OPTION 2-ASA GUEST
NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED
- With this option, no registration is required. However, the Guest option is only available via Chat on Purolator website.
- You will have to go through all the steps below each time you will need to organize a pickup.
- Enter your name
- Write: Book a pickup
- Confirm a pickup at your address
- Confirm it is for a business located in Canada
- Enter your phone number
- Confirm you want to schedule your pickup as a Guest Validate
