SAFETY PRECAUTION

Please read the instructions carefully before using this Coffee Scale.

Please keep this manual properly for future reference.

Warning:

• Please do not place objects weighing more than the maximum weight (3kg) to avoid permanent damage.
• Please place it on a flat platform for use.
• If not used for a long time, please turn off the main switch to maintain sufficient power for static consumption.
• This equipment is an auxiliary equipment for hand-brewing coffee, not for trade settlement and other measurement occasions.
• The scale surface can block water damage.Please be careful to prevent liquid from entering the body gap and charging port.
• The internal structure of the equipment is precise. Prohibit private disassembly, and the damage caused by the consequences of their own responsibility.

Preparation before use:

Please open the box carefully, save all the packaging materials inside, take out the scale to check whether its complete, and carefully read the instructions to check whether the accessories are complete. Please clean the coffee scale before your first use, and remove dust or production residues according to the cleaning and maintenance regulations.

OPERATING YOUR MAESTRI HOUSE COFFEE SCALE

How to use

1. Turn on the main switch, and then put the scale on a flat table, and the digital display will return to zero after self-checking.
2. If the weight is not zeroed because of the uneven table, please short press the right button to tare on.
3. If you want to switch the unit, please double-click the right button to switch between ounces and grams.
4. For timing, please click the left button to start timing (the maximum timing is 99 minutes and 99 seconds), and click again to pause timing, and then click again to resume timing. Double-click the left button to return to zero.
5. Long press the right button ZERO to enter the automatic timing. mode with the water drop icon appears. Fixed weight on the scale surface will not start timing. The timing will be automatically started only when continuous water flow is detected, and the timing will stop when the water flow stops. At this time, if you click the left button POWER, the timing and weighing will be cleared to zero, and you can pour the water again for timing and weighing, and long press again to exit the automatic timing.
6. The coffee scale will automatically go to sleep after standing on the table for 5 minutes. Short press the POWER button to turn it on again. You can also long press the POWER button to turn off when not in use.
7. When the coffee scale is low on power, the display screen will display L0, and it will display – and continuous jumping during charging. Fully charged would display FULL. Charging voltage is 5V DC.
8. The coffee scale cannot be charged or operated when the main switch s off.

Function Display

1. Turn on the main switch, and the display will light up. If the coffee scale goes into sleep, click the left button POWER to turn on.

lick left button to start timing, click again to stop timing, and double-click left button to reset timing.

2. After placing the drip rack, sharing pot, and coffee filter paper, right-click to clear the tare.

3. Double right click ZERO to switch the weighing unit g/oz.

4. Long Press the right button ZERO to start the automatic timing function. When it detects that there is liquid poured into the cup, the automatic timing starts.

5. In the automatic timing state, click the left button POWER to clear all the automatic timing and weighing data, and it will start reweighing and timing when refilling the liquid.

6. Long press the left button POWER to turn off, and short press again to turn on.

Coffee brewing demonstration

General weighing and ti ing mode

1. Put the drip rack, sharing pot and filter paper on the scale surface, and then click the left button ZERO to tare.

2. Pourin the coffee powder to weigh you need, and then right click ZERO to tare.

3. Fill with twice the weigh of powder into the water and simmer, and click the left button for timing.

4. Continue filling water after steaming.

5. Complete the coffee brewing within the required brewing time according to the powder to water ratio.

Make coffee in automatic timing mode

1. After weighing the powder and simmering is completed, please long press the right touch button to enter the automatic timing mode, at which time the water drop icon will appear on the display.

2. After continuing to pour water, the timer will automatically start timing and complete the coffee brewing according to the powder to water ratio within the required time. Once stop filling water and the timing will automatically stop.

3. Click the left button POWER to clear all the timing and weighing data. You can refil the liquid and start weighing again.

4. After brewing coffee, long press the left button POWER to turn off.

DISCARD & RECYCLE

Destroy packaging in accordance with local waste regulations. Cardboard and paper are classified as recycled paper, and platinum is classifi d as resource recovery (potentially recyclable). After this product is scrapped, it cannot be directly disposed of as household waste and must be sent to a dedicated recycling site. This product has been shown in the instructions and packaging signs that it cannot be thrown into the trash can (mark X on the trash can, see the picture above).

On the question of how to dispose of sed scales, please consult your local recycling and processing station (City Hall processing site for old equipment recycling), according to the label prompt all materials are reusable, whether you are using material recycling or other forms of reuse of aging equipment, you are contributing to the protection of the environment.
