SAFETY PRECAUTION
Please read the instructions carefully before using this Coffee Grinder.
- Please keep this manual for future reference.
Warning:
- Please read all the instructions before using this product.
- 1n order to prevent fire, electric shock and personal injuries, please do not immerse the power cord, plug or the machine body in water or any other liquid.
- Any child or incapacitated person should not operate this product unless a competent adult gives close supervision and ensures that such child or incapacitated person can operate this product safely.
- It is amust to remove the plug from the power socket when not using this machine or before installing or removing its parts or cleaning this machine. Please grasp the plug and pull it out of the power socket; it is not allowed to only pull the power cord for pulling the plug out.
- Please do not operate this product ifits power cord or plug is damaged or it goes wrong. In such case, please send this product to any recognized service center for inspection and repair.
- Using parts not approved by the original manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock or personal injuries.
- Please do not use this product outdoors, or on any running vehicle, boat or airplane; please do not use this product on an inclined surface.
- Please do not hang the power cord on any edge of a table o cabinet or make it come into contact with the surface of any object with heat source or tie the power cord.
- Using this product, it is necessary to check whether there is any foreign matter in the coffee bean cup.
- Please be sure to operate this product with the coffee bean cup covered.
- It is not allowed to place this machine on or nearby any appliance operated with natural gas or any electric water heater or in a heated oven.
- This product is designed for domestic use. Any commercial or improper use o failure to comply with this Operating Manual will invalidate the warranty.
- This product is used only for roasted coffee beans; please do not use it for other purposes (such as hard seeds, Chinese herbal medicines, nuts, etc.) to prevent this machine from being damaged.
- All machines have been strictly tested before leaving the factory, and undergone the actual coffee bean grinding tests, which may cause slight use marks or coffee residues.
- If the power cord of this product is damaged, in order to avoid danger, you must arrange a professional person of its manufacturer or maintenance department or a similar specialized person to replace the power cord.
Preparation before use:
Please open the box carefuilly, save all the packaging materials inside, take
out the Grinder to check whether it is complete, and carefully read the
instructions to check whether the accessories are complete. Please clean the
coffees Grinder before your first use,and remove dust or production residues
according to the cleaning and maintenance regulations.

Description of Button Operations

Put an appropriate amount of coffee beans into the bean hopper.

Rotate the grinding setting ring to select proper grinding fineness of coffee beans.

Power the Coffee Grinder on; its buzzer will ring for 0.5s and its digital panel and indicator lamp will display the information for 0.5s and after that, the machine will enter into standby status and the power button will light up; when the machine is in the power-on status, the power button will goout.

Press the button to start the machine, the button and the button willlight up, the digital panel will display the content “00” (the button is valid only when the lamps light up).

Press the button or the button to select the grinding functions.

Cup quantity-based grinding button| After you press the button , the button will light up, the digital panel will display the numeral “06” cups by default wherein the number of cups falls in between 2 and 10, you can press the “+/-” button to set the number of cups with two cups as one unit; if there is no operation within 3 seconds after the number of cups is selected, the machine will automatically execute the coffee bean grinding work; the digital panel will display the selected number of cups and the button will blink.
Time-based grinding button| After you press the button , the button wil light up, the digital panel will display the numeral “20” seconds wherein the time value falls in between 10 seconds and 60 seconds, you can press the “+/-” button to set the time value with 5 seconds as one unit; if there is no operation within 3 seconds after the time value is selected, the machine will automatically execute the coffee bean grinding work; the digital panel will display the selected time value and then the time will count down and the button willblink.
If you continuously press the button , the machine will start to grind the coffee beans manually; the digital panel will display the time value and start from “00”, the button will blink; if you loosen the key, the machine will stop grinding the coffee beans (wherein the manual coffee bean grinding time is 60 seconds at most). -
Power-off
1 After the machine completes the bean grinding work, the button and the button will light up and the digital panel will display the numeral “00; the machine will automatically enter the standby status if there is no operation within 5 minutes.
2 When the machine is working, if you press the button , it will immediately stop working and enter the standby status. -

Troubleshooting

Check whether there are hard objects jamming the grinding assembly.
How to remove the bean hopper?
- Ensure that the power cord of this Coffee Grinder has been unplugged.
- Press the button on the fineness adjusting ring.
- Rotate the bean hopper counterclockwise to align the unlock icon with the arrow, , then lift the bean hopper.
Install the bean hopper
- Make sure that there are no ground coffee residues on the top of the conical grinding wheel. If there is residue, you can use the brush included with this product to remove the residue.
- Align the unlock icon at the bottom of the bean hopper with the arrow on the fineness adjustment ring ****.
- Rotate the bean hopper clockwise with the other hand so that the unlock icon is aligned with the arrow .
Note: If the bean hopper is not placed properly, the Coffee Grinder will not start but will report afailure.
Coffee Fineness Adjustment
- Properly place the coffee powder cup.
- 0pen the bean hopper lid and put the coffee beans into the bean hopper. Cover the cup cover and then you can adjust the fineness of the coffee powder.
- The Coffee Grinder has 30 gears for fineness adjustment. For grinding fineness adjustment, it is necessary to rotate the bean hopper and adjust the fineness from fine to coarse as per the type of coffee you are brewing.
Note: For more accurate adjustment of the fineness of the ground coffee powder, it is recommended to start the machine while rotating the bean hopper to adjust the fineness.

Matters Needing Attention to Use
- Fresh coffee powder is the key factor for making mellow and delicious coffee.
- The flavor and concentration of coffee can be adjusted as per personal preference, and the variety of coffee beans, the amount of coffee and the grinding fineness can be changed to achieve an ideal taste.
- It is best to use fresh coffee beans with a baking date.
- Please store the coffee beans in a dark, low-temperature and dry place.
- If possible, please try to use vacuum packaging.
- It is recommended to buy coffee beans in small batches to shorten the storage time; itis better not to store the coffee beans more than one week each time.Once the coffee beans are ground into coffee powder,they will soon lose their aromatic flavor. Therefore. in order to achieve the best brewing effect, you need to make coffee immediately after grinding the coffee beans into powder.
- Please do not store the coffee beans in the coffee bean cup for a long time.
- After using the machine for storage, please operate it to grind the remaining coffee beans and clean the machine.
- Please regularly clean the coffee bean cup and the coffee powder cup.
CARE & CLEANING
CLEANING
Regularly cleaning the cone grinding wheel can not only maintain food hygiene
but also prolong the service life of the cone grinding wheel.
- Open the bean hopper lid;
- Pour the coffee beans out;
- Re-install the bean hopper;
- Operate the Grinder tll all the remaining coffee beans are ground;
- Remove the bean hopper;
- Remove the upper grinding wheel from the cone grinding wheel;
- Use a cleaning brush to clean the upper grinding wheel;
- Use a cleaning brush to clean the lower grinding wheel;
- Use a brush to clean the coffee powder outlet;
- Put the upper grinding wheel back at the correct position;
- Rotate the upper grinding wheel anticlockwise for locking it;
- Align the bean hopper with the correct position;
- Lock the bean hopper.
CARE
- In order to maintain the aroma of coffee and avoid the deterioration of ground coffee, itis necessary to empty the ground coffee container after using it every time.
- Be sure to unplug the power socket before cleaning the machine.
- Besure not to leave the coffee grinder, power cord or plugged into water.
- Please do not use any strong detergent or abrasive pad to clean the equipment.
- To disassemble the upper grinding wheel, itis necessary to hold its handle and rotate it anticlockwise, then lift it vertically.
- Useacleaning brush to clean the upper grinding wheel.
- Use a piece of wet cloth to carefully clean the inside of the coffee bean cup.
- Putthe upper grinding wheel in place and rotate its handle clockwise till you hear a sound “snap” and it means the completion of installation.
Note: In order to install the upper grinding wheel in place, itis a must to clear away the residual coffee powder and the coffee dregs before the installation.
