DEMONSTRATIONS
- Low fowler’s position – your upper body is slightly elevated for about 20 – 30 degrees, for sleeping, relaxing, post-surgery recovery.
- Semi fowler’s position – your upper body is elevated for about 30 – 45 degrees, for sleeping, relaxing, post-surgery recovery.
- High fowler’s position – your upper body is elevated for about 45 – 80 degrees, for watching TV, reading, or working with a laptop from bed, post-surgery recovery.
Reminder: If you think the ‘head pillow’ is too high, you can replace it with the lumbar support, or your own regular pillow. You can also remove the lumbar support if you don’t need it. Please keep the ‘leg support’ because this pillow will help keep you from slipping down during sleep.
CARE INSTRUCTION
You can vacuum the surface of your wedge pillow set every time you change your bed sheets, which ideally is once a week, to lift dead skin cells, hair, and other particles from the pillow. Vacuuming will ensure that your pillow won’t transfer into a clean pillowcase. Consider spot-cleaning your pillow once a month to maintain the pillow’s cleanliness. Dirt builds up over time. A clean sleep environment will enhance your sleep and lead you to better health. Change out the pillow casing, minimum, once a week. Changing out your pillowcase will support healthy sleep. Please kindly note: Memory foam NEVER goes in the washer or dryer, so always clean by hand. Don’t scrub the pillow too hard or treat it too roughly; memory foam is delicate. Always use gentle cleaning agents; stay away from anything too harsh.
