Part 1 PRODUCT SAFETY NOTICE
Before your riding, please read this manual carefully and observe the following precautions:
- Please remember to wear a helmet or other protectors to avoid injury when riding your electric bike.
- Please make sure that all parts of the electric bike are properly installed and not damaged.
- Please check whether the folded part is locked and the brake system is well.
- Before use, please confirm whether the power is sufficient.
- Before your riding, be sure to check that the tyres are in good condition, inflated properly, and have sufficient tread remaining.
- When feeling unwell physically or mentally due to illness or under the influence of medicine or alcohol, please do not ride an ebike.
- The E-bike is designed for only one rider, and never try to ride double or more or ride the e-bike holding a child or load.
- Please do not climb the slope over 15°, and do not sharply speed up or slow down on the slope.
- Never exceed the 330 lbs (150kg) maximum load.
- Do not ride under wet conditions. The ebike may slide from under your feet causing injury. Wet conditions may damage the electronics and void the warranty.
- Do not modify the product from the manufacturer’s original design.
- Electric bicycle is only used as a daily means of transportation, and should not be used in extreme sports or other dangerous riding methods.
- Don’t go up and down steps. Don’t ride on the highway and in heavy rain.

Part 4 INSTALLATION GUIDE
ASSEMBLE HANDLEBAR

Lift the handlebar stem.

Press the stem quick release to lock.

Lock the clamp.
-
Loose the screws.
-
Put the handlebar on the groove of the tube.

Close the clamp.
-
Tighten the screws and close the clamp.
Notes: -
Please make sure the front wheel is fixed in the right position to avoid serious injury caused by a loose wheel.

Battery keys are included. Please keep them safe.
BASSEMBIE EDONT WHEEL
- Loose the screws.
- Tighten the screws.
- Align the grooves.

ASSEMBLE SADDLE
- Open the stem clamp of the seat post
- Slide the seat into the stem tube adjust the seat height and make sure the head of the seat is parallel with the top tube.
- Close the stem clamp of the seat post and make sure the seat is secured.
Notes
Please don’t raise the seat post above the “Minimum Insertion” line printed on
the back of the seat post. Raising the seat post above the minimum insertion
line may cause you to be injured while riding.
ASSEMBLE PEDALS
- The pedals in the package have an “L” or “R” label to indicate whether it should be installed on the left or right side.
- To Install the left “L” pedal, screw it counter-clockwise by hand, and turn it clockwise to install the right pedal.
ASSEMBLE HEADLIGHT
- Use the included tools to lose the screw.
- Attach the headlight in place and tighten thescrew.
- Adjust the headlight position and press the switch button to check whether it works.
Part 5 BATTERY CHARGING GUIDE
This fat tyre electric bike adopts a built-in removable battery, with 2
charging methods: directly charging the ebike and removing the battery to
charge. When charging, the charger indicator turns red; when the charger turns
green, the battery is fully charged.
CHARGING ON THE EBIKE – charging port
- Remove the rubber cover from the charging port on the ebike frame. charging
- Fully Charged Connect the ebike with the charger and then plug the charger into a power outlet. When the charger turns red to green, the battery is fully charged.
- Unplug the charger first, twist the key clockwise to turn on the battery and then press the middle button for 3 seconds to turn on the display. After that, you can check the battery levels.
CHARGE OFF THE EBIKE
Remove the battery from the bike, connect the battery to the charger and then
plug the charger into a power outlet.
How to remove the battery?
Step 1
Push the key in the deep and then turn the key counterclockwise to unlock the
battery.
Step 2
Press the button to open the clamp. charging port
Step 3
The battery can be removed by unfolding the frame slightly.
Fully Charged
When the charger turns red to green, then the battery is fully charged.
Warm Tips
- When the battery is charging, the LCD automatically turns off.
- The key is always on the ebike when you use pure ebike mode and padel-assisted mode. Please don’t remove the key during your ride. Please keep your keys carefully.

Notes: Press down on the middle button for at least 3s to turn on the
LCD. The speed and riding range is also influenced by riding style, weight,
road conditions, etc.

If you see stains on the bike body, wipe them off with a damp cloth. If the stains won’t scrub off, put on some toothpaste, and brush them with a toothbrush, then wipe them off with a damp cloth.
Notes: Do not clean the bike with alcohol, gasoline, kerosene, or other corrosive and volatile chemical solvents to prevent dire damage. Do not wash the bike with a high-pressure water spray. -
During cleaning, make sure that the bike is turned off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the rubber flap is closed as water leakage may result in electric shock or other major problems.

Please try to store the bike in a cool and dry place between 50°F -77″ F (10″C -25). In extremely humid environments the interior of the bike may suffer condensation or even water accumulation, which may damage the battery rapidly.

Devices are not intended for use at elevations greater than 2000m above sea level of prolonged exposure to UV rays, rain, and the elements that may damage the enclosure materials, and store them indoors when not in use.

Do not put it outdoors for a long time. Excessive sunlight, overheating and overcooling accelerate the battery life span

In daily use, try to avoid recharging the bike after completely exhausting the battery. If the battery is low, charge it as soon as possible.

Please charge the bike every other month to preserve the battery
BATTERY MAINTENANCE AND DISPOSAL
- Using the original battery, using other models or brands may bring about safety issues;
- Do not dismantle or puncture the casing. Keep the ports away from metal objects to prevent short circuits which may result in battery damage or even injuries and deaths;
- Use the original power adapter to avoid potential damage or fire;
- Mishandling of used batteries may do tremendous harm to the environment.
- To protect the natural environment, please follow local regulations to properly dispose of used batteries.

Before every ride, we advise you to follow the pre-ride safety checklist.
Also, wear a qualified helmet to avoid any possible injuries during the ride.
Part 10 WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICES
WARRANTY
We provide a one-year warranty for the ebike components and tech support. If
there is a defect when you receive the package and damage under normal use
during the warranty period, we will resend you a new part and help you solve
the problem.
Note: The Warranty does not apply to any damage due to improper use,
failure to follow the lincrusta- tions, unauthorized maintenance and repair,
or external causes such as accidents, abuse other force majeure.

Stand over the bicycle and straddle tne top tube proper clearance is a minimum
of 1″(25mm) between the highest part of the top tube inseam of the rider.
