Performing the firmware update

**For Windows 10:**

1. Return to Desktop, with right click you can open “display settings”.
   

2. Change scaling to 100%.

3. Open application “USB.exe” in the folder “139994 C-650 Update Firmware – WIN 10”.

4. Click “scan device”.

5. Select the device “Hama C-650 Face Tracking”.
   

6. Click “select config file”.
   

7. Select file “update_config.ini”.
   

8. Click “update” to start the firmware update.
   

9. Please wait until the update is finished, click “OK” and exit the application.****

**For Windows 11:**

1. Open folder “1. Runtime library” under folder “139994 C-650 Update Firmware – WIN 11”.

2. Double click the application “vcredist_x86.exe”.

3. Select “I agree to the license terms and conditions” and install the application.
   
   

4. Return to Desktop, with right click you can open “Display settings”.

5. Change scaling to 100%.
   
   

6. Return to folder “139994 C-650 Update Firmware – WIN 11”. Open folder “2. Firmware”.

7. Open application “USB.exe”.

8. Click “scan devices”.

9. Select the device “Hama C-650 Face Tracking”.
   
   

10. Click on “select config file”.

11. Select the file “update_config.ini”.
    
    

12. Click “update” to start the firmware update.
    
    

13. **Please wait until the update is finished, click “OK” and exit the application.
