Assembly Instructions

1. Install the casters to the bottom panel using M6x12 bolts.
2. Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using M5x10 bolts.
3. Assemble the rear lower panel with the side and bottom panels using M5x10 bolts.
4. Attach the rear upper panel to the side panels using M5x10 bolts.
5. Install the U mounting panel, magnet assembly, and cylinder lock down to the bottom panel using M5x10 bolts.
6. Mount the handles to the left and right doors using M4x6 bolts.
7. Place the doors on the bottom panel and secure them with a beam using M5x10 bolts.
8. Install the side shelf brackets to the side panels using M6x12 countersunk screws.
9. Assemble the side shelves to the brackets.
10. Place the grill into the cart with the help of two or more people.

Additional Steps

11. Secure the grill to the cart using M5x10 bolts.
12. Install the transformer to the cart using M4x12 bolts and M4 nuts.

HARDWARE PACK

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Use M6*12 bolt (16pcs) to install the four casters to the bottom panel, as shown below.

2. Use M5*10 bolt (6pcs) to install the left side panel and ride side panel to the bottom panel.

3. . Use M5*10 bolt (8pcs) to assemble the carts rear lower panel (2) with the left side, right side, and bottom panels.

4. Use M5*10 bolt (4pcs) to assemble the rear upper panel with the left side panel and right side panel.

5. Use M5*10 bolt (8pcs) to install the U mounting panel (7), magnet assembly (11), and cylinder lock down (12) to the bottom panel.

6. Use M4*6 bolt (4pcs) to install the handles (4) to the left door and right door.

7. Place the left and right doors on the bottom panel, inserting the pin into the holes on either side of the bottom panel. Place the beam (3) on top of the doors with the door pins inserted into the beam holes. Use M5*10 bolts (6pcs) to lock the beam to the cart side panels.

8. Use M6*12 countersunk screws (6pcs) to install the side shelf left (14) and right (15) brackets to the left side panel.

9. Use M6*12 countersunk screws (6pcs) to install the side shelf left (14) and right (15) brackets to the ride side panel.

10. Assemble the side shelf to the brackets, as shown below.

11. Congratulations!
    The cart assembly is complete.

12. Now, using two or more people,place the grill into the cart.

13. Use M5*10 (2pcs) to lock the grill to the cart.

14. Use M4*12 (4pcs) and M4 nuts (4pcs) to install the transformer to the cart.
