Product Usage Instructions

• Preparing the Electric Lunch Box:
  • Place the cooked food into the lunch box.
  • If the food is relatively dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of drinking water to help it heat up faster.
• Assembling the Lunch Box:
  • Place the dry stainless steel tray onto the base.
  • Take out the fork and spoon.
  • Open the exhaust cover by pressing your fingertips against the center point until the edges lift up.
• Heating Instructions:

Using Your Electric Lunch Box

1. Place the cooked food into the lunch box. If the food is relatively dry and you want it to heat up faster, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of drinking water to the food.
2. Place the dry stainless steel tray onto the base, take out the fork and spoon, open the exhaust cover, and lock down the lunch box. To do so, press your fingertips against the center point of the exhaust cover until the edges lift up.
3. Plug the power cord directly into the lunch box and start heating while the power light is on. For the vehicle power cord, plug it into the “12-24V Input”. And for the household power cord, plug it into the “110V Input”.
   • The power must be turned off before and after heating, and dry heating is prohibited.
   • This product is designed for heating food only and does not have non-heating functions such as cooking or stewing.
   • When the ambient temperature is low or the food is refrigerated, it may be necessary to increase the electrical heating time accordingly.
   • During use, the bottom of the lunch box may become slightly hot due to the heating element. Please use with confidence.

Reference Heating Time

• Test voltage: 110V. If using 12/24V, it may require more than a few minutes for heating.
• Note: Different types and amounts of food may require different heating times and temperatures. Please adjust accordingly for best results.

*We recommend washing the lunch box as soon as possible after use to avoid any lingering odors. Then, place it in a ventilated and dry place to avoid moisture. Please do not use any decontamination powder, hard brush, stainless steel ball, or other sharp objects to clean the lunch box.

Fault Analysis and Removal

Note: The above issues can be resolved using common fault diagnosis and elimination methods. If you encounter any other issues, please promptly contact our company for replacement or repair. Please do not attempt to dismantle or repair the lunch box by yourself.

Safety Precautions

• Please inspect all parts of the product, including the power cord and the host, for any signs of damage.
• If any damage is found, do not use the product and contact us immediately for a replacement ([email protected]).
• Ensure the product is kept out of the reach of children.
• Only use the product with a voltage of 12V, 24V, or 110V to prevent damage.
• Remember to unplug the product when the heating is complete.
• If the power cord is damaged, stop using the product immediately.

• DO NOT attempt to heat the product with a microwave oven.

• DO NOT add water or any other liquid to the heated base of the product, as this can cause a short circuit.
• DO NOT use the product on uneven surfaces to prevent breakage.
• DO NOT use the product in a humid, high-temperature or slippery environment.
• DO NOT touch the power plug with wet hands to prevent electric shock.
• DO NOT immerse the product in water.
