TROUBLESHOOTING

Q1: Why does it leak?

  • A1 : There might be an improper installation that leads to leakage. You could try to fix it in these ways below:
  • a. If the hose is leaking, make sure to correctly place the black washer on both ends of the hose to prevent leaks.
  • b. If the shower arm is leaking, please refer to Step 1 of INSTALLATION.
  • c. If the bracket is leaking, it might be due to the white plastic O-ring becoming loose during transit. To fix this, please reinstall the bracket by following the steps below.

Q2: Why can’t the showerhead be held onto the bracket?

  • A2: Please review Step 2 of the installation instructions again, you could try taking the bracket off from the thread and tightening it by rotating the Cylindrical Ring” clockwise very tightly by hand. If you have difficulty, you can ask for assistance from someone who is strong.

Q3: The water pressure seems too low. Is there any way to improve?

  • A3: Leaky, corroded, and clogged pipes might lead to low water pressure in the shower.
  • Firstly, please ensure that the shower and hose are properly connected;
  • Secondly, clean the showerhead with a vinegar/water solution (see MAINTENANCE section)
  • While household water pressure can vary depending on factors such as floor level and other circumstances, even if the pressure is at the minimum range of 14.2psi/1kg/0.98bar, our showers can still be used, although the water pressure effect may be relatively weak.

Q4: Why doesn’t the PAUSE mode shut off the water completely?

  • A4 : Considering the internal pressure balance, the pause mode will not completely shut off the water.
  • This pause mode is an energy-saving feature that conserves water while maintaining the desired water temperature.

MAINTENANCE

  1. To maintain optimal performance, it is necessary to clean your shower head when mineral deposits start to accumulate on the spray openings. Gently rub the rubber nozzles on the face of the showerhead to dislodge any buildup.

  2. For more stubborn deposits, remove the showerhead and soak it face down in 1-2 cups of white vinegar (only use white vinegar) for approximately 2-3 hours.

  3. The filter element has a lifespan of around 3-5 months, so it is recom-mended to replace it regularly to ensure maximum effectiveness.

WARNING

  1. It is strictly prohibited to set the showerhead to Power Jet or Wide Fan mode when it is closed and placed on the bracket. Doing so may cause the water column to hit the ceiling or lamp and cause damage when it is opened again.
  2. To avoid the water column in Power Jet or Wide Fan mode from injuring anyone, it is recommended to keep the showerhead facing down when turning on the water valve switch, and then adjust the modes.
  3. Regarding installation confirmation, if there is no leakage from each component, the installation is considered complete. Do not overtighten any parts using hardware tools.
