Product Usage Guide

Manual ON : Flip open charging case to power up earbuds. “Make sure earphones are fully charged before using them for the first time

Manual OFF : Place earbuds back into charging case and close the lid. *Earbuds will power down automatically after 3 minutes of inactivity

Music Control:
Play/Pause : Click touch sensor once (1)
Next Song : Click R side touch sensor thrice (3)
Previous Song : Click L side touch sensor thrice (3)
Volume +: Click R side touch sensor twice (2)
Volume -: Click L side touch sensor twice (2)

Call Control:

Answer : Click Lord R side touch sensor once (1)
Hang Up : Click Lord R side touch sensor once (1)
Reject Call: Long press touch sensor for two seconds

Activate Voice Assistant : Long press touch sensor for two seconds

Connecting the Product

Connecting the Product

  1. Turn on Bluetooth (BT) on your mobile device
  2. Turn on Earbuds (Flipping open charging case will power up earbuds)
  3. Search and connect to “117” from your mobile device

Troubleshooting

Problem: Lside earbuds not linked with R side earbuds

  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, remove them and try again.
  2. If this method does not work, please reset the earbuds.

Problem: Unable to connect earbuds to your mobile Bluetooth device.

  1. Place both earbuds back into the charging case, remove them & the earbuds will automatically connect to the last connected mobile device.
  2. If the step 1. does not work, please try manually connecting through your devices Bluetooth menu.
  3. If step 2. does not work, please reset the earbuds.

Reset your earbuds:

  1. Disconnect & remove “117” from the Bluetooth menu of your mobile device & make sure to turn off your device’s Bluetooth function.
  2. Remove one of the earbuds a, click the touch sensor FOUR (4) times & place them back into the charging case.
  3. Repeat step 2. for the other earbud
  4. Remove both earbuds together from the charging case & the earbuds will now be linked to each other & is now ready for Bluetooth pairing.

Battery & Charging

Battery Low Indication: Charging case indicator light blinks 6 times upon opening the case lid
Battery & Charging

Charge earbuds : Place earbuds into charging case.
*Please place earbuds back into the charging case upon receiving the low battery voice prompt.
The charging case RGB indicator light will blink upon placing the earbuds back into the charging case. Close the lid to begin charging. The charging case RGB indicator light will remain lit
(while changing colors slowly).
The light will be extinguished upon earbuds full charge. RGB
Charge earbuds

Charge Case : Connect charger to the designated charging port. Charging Charging case RGB Indicator Light will be in “Breathing” Status. (Light gradually transitions) Charging case RGB Light will stay lit up upon full charge.

Upon open the charging case lid, the RGB light:
Remains lit for FOUR (4) seconds : Battery level 70%-100%
Blinks ONE ( 1 ) times : Battery level 30%-70%
Blinks THREE (3) times : Battery level 5%-30%
Blinks SIX (6) times: Battery level below 5%

Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged prior to 1st time usage
Please make sure to always have the earbuds fully charged to preserve battery health.
*Please charge every 45 days to preserve battery health.
